Best pretzels in town! I couldn't have made them better myself!
I wish I can give this place zero stars because the manager Sam just tried to charge me eight dollars for a fork. He refused to give me a plastic fork after I spent $14 at the store. I offered to pay him three dollars for the fork, but he insisted that I purchase an eight dollar item in order to get a fork. I’m a disabled veteran so I usually don’t leave the house, I hate it. I only came out to have a good time with my kids, but this is one of the biggest reasons why I hate interacting with other people. Do better

GREAT SERVICE!
Extremely Rude and uprofessionals workers. Waited 25 minutes for 2 pretzels, as they blatantly ignored me the entire time. Had to get up and ask for my pretzel, even after the people that were waiting with me were called for their order. Completely acted like they didn’t recall taking my order, not to mention them goofing around whilst pretending like i didn’t exist. Unprofessional, check your workers, they acted like CHILDREN.
Good service and the flavor is excellent. They no longer sell the whole pretzel, only in pieces, unless you order it as a special request and wait 10-15 minutes for them to have it ready.

Service was good and fast. Sweet original pretzels/nuggets are good.
Parking: Park near the entrance , walk-past the vision-works and take a left to Macys women’s section and take an elevator to mens section and walk towards the exit you can easily locate this store to your right
