We went at 4, Happy Hour. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the golfers come in to the 18th hole. Beautiful day and great menu.

The rating of fair was based on the true service provided when making a reservation. I called to ask what time dinner would be served we were told 4 PM. We arrived at 10 minutes before four and we were told that dinner was not served until five and you cannot order until 445 we had someone drive all the way from the Pearland area to meet us at dinner at four based on what the restaurant staff told us at that point we sat and ordered appetizers Which we would not done at dinner. to Take some time and wait until we were able to order from the dinner menu then we ordered our meal and dessert. The manager thanked us for staying, but never suggested comping an appetizer or anything based on the fact that we stayed and the manager even told us they have been having the same issue for 10 months with their personnel telling individuals that dinner started at 4. this was their issue not ours and the last comment Our reservation was marked that we were celebrating a birthday. There was no complementary dessert offered to the birthday person so my fair is based on Service. 

We had a wonderful dinner. We were warmly greeted by Christy, who thoughtfully sat us at her favorite table. There was live music at the bar. She played the piano & has a beautiful voice - I didn't catch her name but she was great. The music was not too loud for dinner & was a perfect addition to the evening. The Brussel Sprouts & Artichoke dip & chips are delicious. The bar manager answered questions about the custom barrel whiskey. We enjoyed the unique & very tasty spirits. The service was fantastic & we will absolutely be visiting again.

Overall the service was great the atmosphere was nice but sadly the food not so good. It wasn't bad per se but it lacked flavor and was very bland. Plus for the cost of the NYE dinner “experience” it left a lot to desire. I don't think I would come back to this restaurant

Sorry to say but the food was average no flavor with the meat.. The salad was good but for the interior it was not worth the drive.. Average hotel food see attached pictures and follow me on Google reviews for more travel spots and food

Resort restaurant with a decent menu. The rest is just crap.
The restaurant is a big space area with very tall ceilings and wide open room. You can hear every the voices echoing, and you can't hold a normal conversation due to this echo chamber of a room.
Not a busy night in off-season. Our waitress says she swill be with us in a minute or so to take our order. Then, she vanishes for over 10 minutes. And that, when you are waiting, is a long time.
With those two strikes in mind, we walk out, never to return for a single meal at the resort. This was our only option so we went to the store and bought some food.
Lousy first night at the Woodlands resort Curio Collection. We have 4 more days left.

1. Terrible experience with our server and manager tonight regarding serious overcharging on the bill. Handle it better, give a warning at least, if you charge $29 for a well drink, it's a common courtesy to say something first. $5 for the splash of diet coke in each, that's robery. These aren't fancy drinks, they are from the "well", well .... I won't return here EVER, Hilton you disappoint.

2. Also, ⚠️ caution ⚠️ you will not have any way to reheat your leftovers at the hotel or hotel restaurant, they don't have a microwave for use.
