Absolutely lovely! This is definitely a priority when visiting the Woodlands! Customer service top and just an overall pleasant experience!

Trevor and Jace have been absolutely fantastic every time I come in. They are so welcoming, wholesome, and attentive. I usually come on Thursdays when there’s karaoke but no matter when I come they always acknowledge me when I come in. Mariah and Kristyn are also absolute sweet hearts who have waited on me and made my experience so fluid and relaxing. The only negative I have experienced is a female manager who doesn’t regulate her emotions well. Every time I have experienced being near her she has had an attitude each time but towards her staff and that changed the atmosphere for me. There was a night that my waiter at the time was trying to follow protocol and tell a table that was under age past a certain time that they would need to be checking out soon and she encouraged him that it didn’t matter when that wasn’t the bars protocol and her tone and mannerisms following that didn’t sit well with me. Other than what I have witnessed with her I love the rest of the staff that I’ve met thus far and definitely will come back, the food and drinks are definitely worth it 😊

The white guy at the bar was really rude unprofessional. I even ask to speak to the manager & he declined. I spent my money here & the service was horrible. Racism is still here!!!

Ordered 3 items for a pickup order. We don’t eat pork and I specifically mentioned that in the items. 2 of the 3 items had pork and the instructions were not followed. The loaded tots didn’t have the queso thats part of the dish so basically we got tater tots with spring onions and bacon (which we cant eat).

Overall the quality of the food was poor, taste was not good and the service was terrible. 1 star. Will not be going back.

only one star because it is mandatory to leave a review. terrible customer service. I made a reservation for tonight. I called at 11am to confirm that everything was okay and the person who answered the phone told me that they could not take my reservation because they estimate that the restaurant is going to have a lot of customers today and they do not have the capacity to serve the 20 people in my reservation. my question is: if they do not feel capable of serving a group of 20 people, then why did they allow me to make the reservation?? and second: are the other customers more valuable than me and my group?... so now I have to look for another place at the last minute, really terrible service. I will never go again and I will tell my terrible experience in all the places where I can.

First time there, but it was a favorite of my companion (who is a fan of the S'more martini, which I tasted and agreed it was a suitable grown-up version of that treat). I started with a Lemon Drop, which was nice but a bit sweet for me, and then really enjoyed the Chicago Ave. We split an absolutely delicious basket of truffle fries. Saw (and smelled) the neighboring table order sliders, and those also seemed appetizing. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

The service was fast and on point even though they were full inside and some outside with the patio heaters going on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend (so prime shopping and college football on the TVs lining the walls).

Also, we realized as we got back to her vehicle that my companion had probably left her phone there and went back. The manager (who actively made rounds on the floor the whole time) spotted us as we came back in, asked "Phone?", then "Hold on and I'll go get it", and went to the back for it. Was a nice flourish on being taken care of the whole time we were there.

Music from restaurant next door is too loud (sitting outside). Otherwise good atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food.

Delicious food and REASONABLY PORTIONED. A tad bit pricey, but a very clean location and would recommend you try it when you're in the area.

Went to The Woodlands location today and the waiter added his own tip percentage (highest option) to my electronic check and asked me to “sign here”. It really really rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve never been anywhere where this has happened. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager “Jason” who said this wasn’t the first time he’s had this complaint; he’s got other employees that do that as well. WHAT?? He said they don’t train them this way but this is how some of them operate. He didn’t appear to be to concerned that this is happening. The food was good but I’ll never be back… watch your servers at this place!!!
