Great atmosphere. Classy casual. Fantastic drinks and bartenders
First time at Bosscat. Won't be returning. The staff was very friendly and the place had good aesthetics. The drinks were delicious and unique. However, the food was incredibly disappointing. We ordered the 45 day dry aged ribeye medium rare. It took almost an hour to come out (steaks don't need to cook that long). The steak was not cooked medium rare, but rather medium-medium well. We didn't complain about this as the food took so long to come out and we had limited time due to going to a show at Cynthia Mitchell. But the worst part about this meal was the taste of the steak. It was the most peculiar taste either of us have ever tasted. Gamey but not a true Gamey taste. I honestly questioned if the meat had started to spoil. I have never had a steak with this kind of taste in my life. It was boarder line revolting. On a positive note, the green beans were delicious.
What a joke of an establishment. I would never give them any of my money again. The manager had no control of the employees working at their location. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Loved brunch at Bosscat! The drinks were unique and super tasty! The food was just as good..came fast and was very flavorful. Service was good, but it did get packed fast so I highly recommend a reservation. We will definitely be back!
Amazing dinner and brunch . Excellent service.
Amazing food, great service! Will deff be back!
Food is exceptional. Ask for Alexia, offered the greatest experience dining in!
Alexia was truly outstanding! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Her energy was warm, attentive, and effortless—like catching up with a good friend who just happens to anticipate your every need.
She had amazing menu suggestions, was incredibly knowledgeable, and checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism and personality so seamlessly.
Alexia didn’t just serve us—she elevated the entire experience. I’d come back just to sit in her section again. Absolute gem!
First visit and enjoyed. Will be back when going to concert

Tired of every time we try and go, they are not accepting walk-ins. It’s annoying! We just tried again, the couple ahead of us were walk-in and got in. When we tried, the manager walked up and told the hostess, no walk-ins. We’ve been several times, but sometimes on the fly you decide to go and when there is an arrogance with “no more walk-ins.” Glad Tommy Bahamas was taking walk-ins and MUCH nicer about it! Plus the food was fabulous at Tommy Bahamas! Probably should’ve started here!
Everything was beyond amazing! Our server Cara was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had easily. The food was just delicious. I highly recommend coming here any time you’re in the area!
A last-minute decision for an impromptu date night led us to Bosscat Kitchen — and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff, lively atmosphere, and incredible food and drinks set the tone for a fantastic evening.
We kicked things off with drinks: The Devil Would Old Fashioned and Wouldn’t You — both expertly crafted and highly recommended. For an appetizer, we tried the spinach and artichoke egg rolls, which were absolutely scrumptious.
For the main course, we enjoyed the pork chop and the 12-hour beef ribs — both were truly chef’s kiss! We finished the meal with an order of beignets, which, unfortunately, were the only letdown of the night. They were a bit too hard and more like biscuits dusted with powdered sugar.
That said, one small miss won’t deter us from coming back. Overall, Bosscat Kitchen is an amazing spot, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
Upon walking in to this vintage, whiskey style establishment, I was greeted with a friendly hostess staff. Y'all know me...I'm heading to straight to the bar top. I was greeted by a very friendly smile that is very welcoming. His name is Joe. Joe has the energy that is very welcoming. He knows his drinks! Jake was side by side with Joe on that busy night. I've been here quite a few times and meet more and more friendly staff. The manager will make sure you have the best experience here. His name is Will. Ariana is the other manager there, and she is a very sweet person. There is a large outdoor patio. Bosscat's is also DOG FRIENDLY!!! No restrictions on where to come in at with your fur baby either. There is truck/trailer parking over in the movie theater next to Kirbys. It's about a 2 block walk. I have had the Tuna Tacos, FIRE! So good. The Mushroom fries are an awesome choice for the veggie eaters. I'm a chicken lover so I tried the Chicken Meatballs today - Delicious! I've also had the Sugar Barrel Steak and it was SOOOO mouth watering. I ordered medium well, and it was so juicy and tinder. Great place for singles, families, or even first dates. A must to try for unique food and great energy in this place.
The strip steak was really salty. I couldnt even finish it. Overall food was so so. Not worth the $.
