It started with a late afternoon reservation since no evening times were available. Arriving to a mostly empty restaurant, something wasn't right. We ordered our drinks from their specialty menu but was later informed they were missing ingredients, so we had to make another choice. We ordered an appetizer that was good, but the waiter returned to tell us one of our dinner items was unavailable. We asked the waiter what was going on and he said he was just informed that they were closing down. We paid for our drinks and appetizer and left. They should at least inform customers who make reservations of the situation that only limited drink and food items will be available. At least have the hostess tell arriving customers about the limited menu before being seated.

This was our first visit at Brio since Covid. Service was great, as usual, and the food was too. We were disappointed in some of the menu changes and the fact that they don't offer their tasty pie slice shaped and spiced tortilla crisps with their bread basket any longer. The crisps were something that differentiated Brio's. Now they seem to be just another Italian restaurant.

Good ambience and nice wines, although the chicken marsala could have been a little better.

We've had better experiences here in the past. Our waiter was nice and polite but tried to upsell us on everything on the menu. Our birthday celebrant requested angel hair pasta in his entree, which the waiter said was no problem, but that's not what came to the table. He also took the liberty of bringing out a birthday cake but then charged us for it. After delivering the bill, he completely ignored us, as if we were never there.

Food was good, but service was spotty. After first order and drinks came, saw no one for more than 15 min (not even to ask about another drink). Food came out fine. It appeared to be a relatively empty restaurant, given the time, so would have anticipated more. People were waiting at the front when we left and were told that it “would be a while”. Maybe they were short-staffed...just did not appear so.

The inside ambience is gorgeous. We were placed outside which I did not mind but some of our party was not dressed for outside and the warmth. I made the reservation weeks ago and would have appreciated being asked if outside was good with us. What if we had someone that did not want to be outside. Next time communication please. The food was delicious and the service was good.

So happy that Brio in The Woodlands has reopened, and has many of their classic items back on the menu. We had wedding soup, pasta a la vodka, Caesar salad, and chicken Marsala. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. Our server, Mike, was amazing! We plan to return very soon!

Our waitress Jennifer seemed like it was her first time working as a waitress. We had to remind her to bring us bread. We ordered a salad and she brought it to us after our meal. We had to flag her down to bring us a refill on our drinks. The seasonal dessert was dry. Overall, we gave it another chance but we are not returning.

We were a party of ten celebrating a birthday. We had some high maintenance people in our party and the waitress Jennifer, did an amazing job. Food was good and overall it was a great experience.

It was a great experience with amazing food and drinks and we had an absolutely wonderful time. I am disappointed that they didn't acknowledge my wife's birthday. I put in the reservation that we were celebrating her birthday yet the waiter never made mention of it.

Went to Brio's for the first time Monday and for a high priced place I thought the food would be exceptional. My lamb chops were over 35$ and the potatoes weren't even edible they were hard and didn't feel cooked all the way. The lamb chops were just ok they should of come with a sauce or a garlic rosemary butter. The lobster bisque soup was ok. For 90$ for our meal I'd say definitely not worth it, I'll be sticking to Olive Garden

First and last time I will ever go there. Can not believe they call themselves an Italian place. Food was very disappointing as well as the service. The waitress didn't know the menu when asked about items on it. Had to wait awhile for my drink. Also had to remind her about my drink as it was at least 30 minutes. I know we had a large party and most of them were disappointed in the food and service. The chicken milanese not sure where the cheese was. There was barely any on it. An automatic 18% tip is put on the check which I understand being a large party but it should have been better service. Even when the gratuity is added, I usually add to it as I know what it is like to be a waitress. I usually don't like to give bad reviews but I am a foodie and there are way better Italian places then this one.

Over all good experience. I do miss the variety of bread that was brought to the table prior to Covid. And the lobster bisque was a bit salty. The rest of the food and drinks were good. Will return!
