My AirTag Is at this location and it was connected to my wallet and there’s a special ability on the Find My app where you can click find And it will take you exactly to where the AirTag is It directed me to exactly where it was It led me into the bathroom and pointed me to the wall What’s behind that wall is their office that could only mean one thing my wallet is in there, but the managers and employees are refusing to give me back my belongings. It’s clearly in there. That manager can come back tomorrow. I have canceled everything care wise so there is no purpose for holding my wallet I know it’s cute but that doesn’t belong to you and if somehow the tracker stops working or moved I know what you did and your pathetic and grimy

Work too hard for our money then decide to treat oUrself with convenience of fast food and to get served cold nasty food. When cooked right and like they actually like their job taste great but it’s been a big decline in service and food. It’s not worth going to this Burger King! Trash! If I choose to patronize your company, that should be appreciated and shown through good service and safely handled well cooked fresh food not old, cold, and messy food! Do better! Won’t be going back!

Ancient Bookstore
We are writing this because me and my husband where in the store dining in this morning. While dinning in, there was a young man behind the counter who was talking with the one of the managers Hispanic guy. The man behind the counter expressed that he was not able to work on the weekends for religious purposes and to out of surprise the manager behind the counter was very unreceptive to the man even though he seemed to be expressing ways to try and work with the store manager on the scheduling we are not sure why this was a big deal but it seems very disrespectful to someone to demand or force them to do something like that. And even end their employment based off this especially with the holidays coming around. Due to these reason me and my husband will not be eating at this burger king anymore.

Went to the drive thru & they got my order wrong. Asked for no mayo and had to bring my order back to be corrected. Woman rolled her eyes towards me because I asked for assistance to have my order corrected. All they did was switch out the bread instead of making me a new correct order. Didn’t realize they hadn’t remade the order until I sat in my vehicle & thoroughly looked through & ween there was mayo still mixed in the patty & lettuce. When I brought it to their attention for the second time they had an attitude. I’ve had previous issues with this location for the exact issue ordering thru DoorDash. Thought it was just a one time thing.. clearly not

My grandson loves their indoor playground, so my husband and I brought him on Sunday Nov. 16 2025. I ordered him a 6 piece kids meal, I got the classic chicken sandwich meal, & my husband ordered double meat whopper meal. got our Receipt..55.48!!! The manager herself over charged us for 3 double meat whoppers! My husband went to fix it & talk with her but she had him wait for 15 mins...and said she would refund him. not even a pending on our checking account! She even got our order wrong, we wanted onion rings with our meals and got 1! So please ask them to say your order back to you before you use your card. I bet she pocketed that extra charge and is scamming people! Also the playground AC was broken and its a furnace in there! Soap dispenser in the women's restroom doesn't work! Even though my grandson loves to play there, I dont think ill be back to that burger king!!

Don't eat fast food often but every now and then I crave burger king 👑. This is by far the best location I visited. Fries were fresh, veggies still crunchy, and my burger patties were steaming hot!
Order came out correct, Food was ok - loved the play area for the kids My bad experience was with this lady- no customer service!!! Didn’t greet, seemed aggravated that we were there, we asked a genuine question and looked at us like we were stupid she answered with an attitude. Management needs to do better.

Not sure what the grumpy older guy was saying on this rescue section but, I got my food in and out during lunch time just fine. My burger and fries were fresh. This location is new to me as I usually go to the one off Rayford rd but my new job is around here. Will definitely be back, thanks!

Got off work later than usual. Even though it was almost midnight and they were short handed that night, the staff was kind and very polite. 5 star service and they actually got my order perfect.
