We came in from Corpus christi for a concert and stopped here for dinner before the show. The food was amazing. We shared a cali burrito and I give it a 10. We also ordered the rolled tacos which was good but at the end it was too much food for us. But I highly recommend this place. Service was amazing and super friendly. Can't wait to see them again in a month for the next concert here at the woodlands.
Came here in search of Quesabirria and Califas delivered! The Quesabirria and consome is delicious here. I started my search for Quesabirria yesterday afternoon and I tried the place with the neon purple signs that everyone seems to know, the Quesabirria at that place was tasteless and dry shredded beef and their consome tasted like hot water with salt. Don't go to the place with the black paint job and purple neon for birria, come to Califas, you won't be disappointed.

It’s uh, pretty average.
I would easily prefer torchys, fuzzy taco, and velvet taco if I’m choosing a chain taco place.
Chips were unique and crunchy so that is a plus.. but no queso? I almost didn’t walk in to try this place because I noticed it missing from the online menu but I was hungry.
