Everything about my Uber order was wrong. I don’t believe they ever even looked at the selections and just made the sandwich they wanted to make. Won’t order from them again. 🤮
Service at register was good. Food took awhile but at least came out hot. The wings weren't great as their spicy lemon pepper basically is buffalo sauce so the pic is misleading. No lemon pepper flavor as the nasty buffalo sauce overpowers it. Should be a spicy flavor not buffalo flavor.
Idk what the deal is with them giving you samples of something and the actual order taste nothing like that. It doesn't do them much good. My sandwich was crazy dry.
Absolutely delicious food. George and Caesar pulled me in with high energy and magnetic personalities. And the cooks knocked it out of the park with flavor. The bread was beautifully toasted, the meat delightfully tender yet crisp and juicy. 5/5 will come again and again.
04/14/2025 Very Disappointed. Employee's are rude, order was wrong and they were not busy at all. For $30 to eat at the mall I expected better.
The last 3 times ove come here to order food they have made my sandwich wrong. They repeat it back to me correctly at reguster but every time they serve it it's completely wrong. Then when they remake it they either make it wrong again or skimp out on portions. It's so frustrating because I love Charlie's and the one on south loop doesn't mess it up and I order the same thing the same way every time.

Not very many customers and the wait was ridiculous. Then they did not give me what I ordered. If your staff would spend more time working rather than socializing with eachother, it may have been a better experience
