Super bland! First time me and my wife tried this place. I swear I can make a better sandwich with my eyes closed. The app said 6 minutes estimated time , this is from the time that I ordered to the time that they said I will be ready but it took almost 15 minutes and there was no one there when I ordered

I had a chicken sandwich sample while past there. The sample was good. I ordered it and it was bland ,tasteless, with some ranch sauce. In it supposed to have provolone, Alfredo, etc. Instead a bland sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, ranch ugh

There's a scam in the bill; the price of one meal is $7.99, but they charged my card $34

Nov 17. The Charleys Philly Steak at the Woodlands Mall is overcharging the customers. The combo was listed at 13.77 and they charged me 15.77 . I asked the lady why and she stated that it was the fries but I said they come with the combo and the she said it was the taxes. I showed her the receipt and told her she owed me $2. She tried to ignore me but I stayed there and she opened her tip jar and returned the $2. The next customer ordered the same combo and she overcharged again, he complained and again she came with the same excuses.
Later some ladies had bad experiences again. This is illegal and hopefully the Mall office addresses this scheme.

I was walking by when a lady in front of this store offered me chipotle bacon and chicken sample to try. It tasted good and I decided to order. What was served was nothing like the sample I tried and I think the chef messed up my sandwich. I don't think I will be trying this place again.

The service was really good though. The lady who was offerings samples noticed the chef forgot to add chipotle sauce to my sandwich. So she got me a side of the sauce even without me asking.

Ordered the cheese bacon fries spent $5 and they barely gave me cheese and bacon low quality and horrible portion size for $5

Fast service and friendly staff. In the mall so a little hectic on the weekends bc of the crown but great since they opened. Usually go for the Bacon Chipotle and it’s great every time.
