Did a mobile order for a free sandwich. Waited over 5 minutes for it to be brought out. Wasn't busy and watched several cars go through the drive through and leave before I did. Not what I have experienced at other locations that were way busier at other times.
If you can go to another location I would highly recommend it, this location is terrible. The cookies are always as hard as a hockey puck. You can barely taste the chicken in the sandwich because it’s a patty of hard fried breading. I’ve tried to give this location several chances but they have failed every time. I’ve never had a positive experience not to mention the cleanliness is not there. Management definitely needs to address these issues.

I absolutely love chick fil a. But this one I will never go back to. Worst experience ever and normally chick fil a makes me happy. Nobody even greeted me and said hello! Not normal. While there’s a lady standing outside handing food out. I watch her sit mine to the side and make me wait till the person in front of me got theirs. Which just isn’t normal in my opinion from a chick fil a. If there’s room to get my food to me and get me out the line that’s the way it should be done. Like any other one I’ve been to! Then I finally get to the window and the lady I guess asks her manager or someone if she should move the cone and proceeds to move the cone instead of handing me my food. Just give me my food and get me out the line. I don’t understand what’s so hard. Definitely not the way I’m used to them being ran. Normally out of all fast food restaurants chick fil a is the quickest in getting you in and out. But apparently not this one. And all them youngins with attitudes need to be checked also. And my fried were cold. Thanks lady.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this cannot be passed by I came to order salad through the drive-through when I was asked my name I told them once I get upfront. They call me by the wrong name so I’m assuming they’re trying to give me the wrong food then the girl reads back my order to me. I tell her yes, they handed to me and the bag almost falls and I just so happened to be quick handed and grabbed get back to my job and the salad that I ordered has mold in it and I have the wrong count of nuggets. had every intention of driving back, but then I would’ve been late to clock in as a diabetic and somebody who is trying to have healthier eating habits I am truly disappointed and honestly I want my money back but don’t feel like going back up there and acting my color
