If I walk in to pick up my online order, and I say my name, obviously I’m not STEALING YOU DONT NEED TO ASK FOR MY LAST NAME OR TO SEE MY PHONE. This is the worst chicken salad chick I’ve ever been to. No fork in my bag so I had to eat my pasta with my hands. No napkins so thanks. The bread was smushed and old looking barely toasted and falling apart. NO

Love all the flavors to try and their potato soup is delicious.

There chicken salad is so delicious. This was our second trip. First time we had smoked chicken with our choice of fruit I wanted in it. Thus time Maul Mama salad.

Loved my sandwich & baked potato soup, however....... I was reeled in by the beautiful looking white & velvet red cake that surrounded the register and that was the biggest mistake I've made in while. Tasted bland & dry and nothing like a cake is supposed to. It's the first inedible cake I've had in 50 years. Otherwise, everything else was lovely.

Chicken Salad Chick is the best!! This store had a great atmosphere and super nice staff. They brought out our food very quickly. While ordering we were offered samples and given time to make our decision. It was clean and the food, especially the grape salad, was delightful. 🥰

Always loved this place because I’m a fan of chicken salad. The place is very clean. Great, professional service. My favorite is the fruity Fran bc I like chicken salad with fruit. They have lots of different options, from BLT’s, to a melt (toasted croissant) with cheese, different sides to choose from, and more.

You need to let your customers know that chicken salad chick can not provide parking for there customers. Yet you want to be considered a business with no parking spaces for your customers
