Despite the delay in my DoorDash delivery, the manager Sean went above and beyond to make things right. From the moment I reached out, he was responsive, professional, and concerned about my experience. Chili's did everything right, but Sean took full ownership of the delivery delay and made sure I received my order. I really appreciate the great service!!

i just visited yesterday with my family we were like a group of 20 or 23 a big group none the less but our server nyla or mya not totally sure of her name but she has red hair that was in two braids but she was very patient and helpful especially with the little ones we had with us she never once showed any frustration or did anything that showed she was overwhelmed even though i could only imagine she must’ve been we only had one minor issue but she fixed it right away me and my family loved her we’ve had other experiences at this chilis that wasn’t the best but nyla really changed our minds about this location we will definitely be coming back and asking for our girl nyla!

Not sure if this is because it’s the Woodlands but I see no diversity walking into this building environment zero out of 10 would like to see more diversity instead of just all same looking servers but again this is the Woodlands and maybe that’s how they’re management is
