Watched my favorite chicken sandwich go from $10 to $16, they just aren't worth the prices anymore

The one staff member had a mean look on his constantly passed by me 10+ times and said nothing as he looked directly at me and the proceed to side eye me and my sister each and every time the service is the worst I have ever experienced it took about 30 minutes for something that was meant to be done in 5 they walked passed me and said nothing as I was laying across their bench about to give up hope and eventually as I was about to walk out I went to see the front were all of the servers/staff were laughing and chatting away I watched a guy leave without even getting his food because it took so long there are also bugs inside

Just found out my favorite dry rub baby back ribs are gone but still wanted to try it-man the ribs were so tough and dry, like reheated over and over. So disappointed! Then my husband’s favorite dish-Ancho salmon was very dry too. It would help if there were more sauce to moist it. Why so stingy on the sauce if the kitchen overcooked the salmon? All and all, dry dry dry meats we got today.

This is my favorite. Food was prepared just the way I wanted it. Service was excellent. Very comfortable atmosphere. Prices are well within reason. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food at this location was awful. I ordered the Bacon Guac Crispy Chicken sandwich, but there was no guac on the sandwich. I ordered a side of guac to share with my friend, but it didn’t come with chips. When I mentioned to our server that my Bacon Guac sandwich had no guac, she said they had a new cook in the kitchen who probably thought I wanted to put my own guac on my sandwich (!?!). I asked for chips to go with the guac, and was told that they don’t give chips with the guacamole, that I would have to order chips and salsa to get chips - turns out they was almost $6.50, and the salsa had no flavor aside from tomato sauce straight from a can.The roasted Mexican-style sweet corn I ordered as a side, instead of fries, was mushy and largely flavorless. I have been going to this location for five years, and this was the worst visit ever. Our server seemed disinterested in my feedback, but I gave it to her anyway. I won’t be back.

Always delivering excellent food with a great services

Showed up at 9:30 pm and was told the kitchen was closed although their sign with hours of operation state they’re open until 10:00pm. Still had customers in the restaurant.
This is why a lot of businesses struggle these days and just serve customers when they feel like it. I know when they decide to do this to customers, they won’t go back.

The Triple Dipper was great. Love the Southwestern egg rolls and Chipotle chicken crispers.

Went out with my 4 year old, and we had a great time. The staff was very patient, and the food came out in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for a better lunch spot!

Denied all of our ID’s even though all of us are 23 year old because apparently they can’t tell the difference between teenagers also the waitress was annoying save your money 😂😂😂

Avie was an amazing server and made sure we always had exactly what we needed. 10/10 experience, better than any chilis experience I've had before
