Chili's Grill & Bar

I’ve been going to Chili’s restaurants almost once a week for the last five years. Sometimes twice a week.
I’m very disappointed in this one in The Woodlands. I’ve been about 5 times now and it’s not very good. My Presidente Margarita was awful tonight and hasn’t been good the other times. My steak was way over cooked. It really doesn’t seem to matter if they’re busy or not. And service has been bad all along

I go there pretty often. They are great here. I always go with a friend and they are really helpful here. The food is great, the staff is nice, the atmosphere is chill. I would recommend.

Food flavor going down hill and prices going up. Not satisfied and the drinks was not really good. My husband gave his back. My burger was burnt on the edges and dry. My husband ribs was tuff as well. Customer service was good I can say.

Watched my favorite chicken sandwich go from $10 to $16, they just aren't worth the prices anymore

The one staff member had a mean look on his constantly passed by me 10+ times and said nothing as he looked directly at me and the proceed to side eye me and my sister each and every time the service is the worst I have ever experienced it took about 30 minutes for something that was meant to be done in 5 they walked passed me and said nothing as I was laying across their bench about to give up hope and eventually as I was about to walk out I went to see the front were all of the servers/staff were laughing and chatting away I watched a guy leave without even getting his food because it took so long there are also bugs inside

Just found out my favorite dry rub baby back ribs are gone but still wanted to try it-man the ribs were so tough and dry, like reheated over and over. So disappointed! Then my husband’s favorite dish-Ancho salmon was very dry too. It would help if there were more sauce to moist it. Why so stingy on the sauce if the kitchen overcooked the salmon? All and all, dry dry dry meats we got today.

This is my favorite. Food was prepared just the way I wanted it. Service was excellent. Very comfortable atmosphere. Prices are well within reason. I would definitely recommend this place.
