Same as some of the others today I went to do the 15 count and have to pay for two extra icing because there wasn’t enough and I asked him for a fresh batch that she had just finished icing but instead he gave me another batch and they are still in dry and you can tell they’ve been sitting there for a while plus the gentleman had a horrible attitude the entire time he seem to not even want to be there or he was just over it. I tried one and it was very dried out. I will be returning them first thing in the morning. I tried calling but got no answer. Today I went back home without any problems I asked for a fresh batch. I returned the old one and they replaced them no questions thanks for accommodating and understanding so I’ve changed my review

This places sucks starting with the supposedly manager the hispanic lady with yellow hair and the. Rolled one of the guys at the from sold me was cold and they refused to gave me a hot one the attitude they have is just nasty

Since this is a little stand where you come, order, and go, there’s not much to say about service and atmosphere except that i have never had a bad experience with service and the place is very well maintained and clean.
The food is a whole other thing though. I am more than OBSESSED with cinnamon rolls and I can’t even begin to describe the satisfaction that is felt with every bite of any and every cinnamon roll i have ever had from this place. Each bite is like a piece of heaven embracing my tongue. Their cinnamon rolls are ALWAYS fresh, extremely soft, and overall just inexplicably delicious. It doesn’t get better than Cinnabon.

The rudeness of the employee was ridiculous. I wanted to buy a 9 pk of mini buns that were 20.00 and was told that I had to buy the ones already packaged up and cold even though they had some coming fresh out of the oven the employee said they couldn’t sell those because they were for tomorrow. I’ve never heard of such a thing where you can’t buy fresh buns because they are for the next day! Horrible experience here at woodlands mall! I took my money and business to Great American cookie and will not shop at Cinnabon again

Ordered a 4 pack without frosting, but they can only charge individually instead of pack price because they are 'fresh'. WTH?!

They never let be give them my number for rewards or use rewards for that matter.

Cinnabon – The Woodlands Mall

This experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The women working at this Cinnabon location were not only unprofessional but downright frustrating to deal with. First of all, why are you working at a customer-facing job if you can’t speak English? It’s beyond me. Communication was a nightmare from the moment I walked up to the counter.

I bought a half dozen Cinnabons, and when I got home, I discovered they were completely raw in the middle. I returned them, and the response I got was “They’re supposed to be that way, babe.” Girl are you kidding me? I know when I’m eating dough that isn’t cooked properly—no one should have to deal with that.

When I asked for a refund, the manager couldn’t even figure out how to process it and had to call someone on the phone to help her. It was embarrassing to watch.

It’s honestly a shame that places like this continue to hire people who can’t even do the basics of customer service, let alone handle simple tasks like baking food correctly. The whole experience was a joke, and I’ll never be back. This location should seriously reconsider who they hire and train because this was a disaster from every angle.

The Customer Service here is HORRIBLE!!!! Both times that I have attempted to stop at this location, something is BROKE. Today is was their WiFi and they could not accept anything except cash. That includes rewards, even though their customer has the reward number to provide the location. They are unable to take our phone number for our account and the reward number for the product. Instead they would rather just turn customers away.

Well here is how it goes with me:

FIRST TIME SHAME ON YOU, SECOND TIME SHAME ON ME. YOU WILL NOT GET A THIRD TIME!

If I could give them zero stars, I would! Beware do not spend your quality time at this place.
