The Customer Service here is HORRIBLE!!!! Both times that I have attempted to stop at this location, something is BROKE. Today is was their WiFi and they could not accept anything except cash. That includes rewards, even though their customer has the reward number to provide the location. They are unable to take our phone number for our account and the reward number for the product. Instead they would rather just turn customers away.
Well here is how it goes with me:
FIRST TIME SHAME ON YOU, SECOND TIME SHAME ON ME. YOU WILL NOT GET A THIRD TIME!
If I could give them zero stars, I would! Beware do not spend your quality time at this place.

I placed a to go order and look like they want to go home, they have the boxes ready. I asked them if I can have my 6 rolled heat and they just said NO!!…There are a lot of people looking for job idk how folks doesn’t appreciate their jobs

This was probably the worst experience of my life. The guy they have working morning maybe until 1 pm every day is a complete as....ho...e.First i stood in front of the cashier for 6 to 8 min wiating for service while he was on his phone texting and this is after he saw us standing there, he kept texting until a good 8 mins of standing IN FRONT of him and finally we requested service, this is when he got mad because we requested he actually did his job and started to tell us and i quote "what is wrong with you, you dont do that to anyone, and this kept going and going increasing the volume of his voice.After we received our order he kept going until he stepped out of the counter and confronted us, with racial comments and insults calling us "fu.... pu...y" come and see what you'll get !!!!!I will go and put a formal complaint with the maĺl administration against Cinnabon.I am leaving this review and i am contacting the headquarters of Cinnabon for them to take action with the franchise owner.And we'll leave a formal complaint with the franchise owners as well.As long as this person is "working" there if you can call that working we'll not be back and tell everyone we know about this awful service and experience so no one goes to this location.If the franchise owners need me to confront and testify the issue in front of this person we are more than willing to do it.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I went there today for my birthday with my birthday reward for a free cold brew. I showed the email to the workers and they were telling me that they couldn't do it . I was looking forward to it but instead they made me look and feel ridiculous in front of other people . I've done my birthday reward times before and this is the only time I've had a problem. And of course it had to happen on my birthday. I left very disappointed and embarrassed
