A wonderful coffee place!!! It actually makes me look forward to days I work in the office as I don't live in the area. It makes the 45 North drive every morning more bearable!! I've tried an iced vanilla latte, iced 3 Little Birds and the House of the Rising Sun coffees. For food I've only tried the bagel sandwich and the bacon breakfast taco which were both so good!! The atmosphere is really amazing and makes me really long for a coffee shop similar to this one in the loop.Parking: I've only ever been here right when they open and there's always a TON of parking available. Can't speak for after 7 AM!
Found on the EIQ app, and Conduit Coffee is a vibe! The plants, the coffee, good vibes. I purchased the 3 little birds. The coffee wizard recommended some add-ons, and my drink was DELICIOUS. Would recommend, and will be back for more.

Conduit Coffee is an AB-SO-LUTE delight. It's a cozy corner in Panther Creek bursting with colorful decor, creative menus, and sincerely good people. It's a lovely place to hang out with friends (you can borrow a board game!) or set up shop for an afternoon of laptop work. I don't drink caffeine or sugar, so I'm used to being a coffee shop exile, but they've got my back with deliciously refreshing (and refreshingly delicious) Italian sodas. The Conduit folks have really built a welcoming, positive community. Hope to see you there soon!

Today I had one of the BEST sweet treats from Conduit Coffee, their Cinnamon Roll Muffin! It is textural heaven- nice and fluffy but still has a lovely crunchy sugaryness on the outside, and a sweet icing on top. Paired it with the Strawberry Fields Forever Matcha, sooooo good and balanced with the green tea flavor. Everything I've tried so far is so rich and elevated in flavor, everything has forethought. Don't sleep on the pastries ! YUM
