Cupcakes from HEB are much better. Cupcake Quality is subpar. Don't even try low sugar cupcakes.

Crave makes some of the best chocolate chip cookies, other than my own, that I've had. So good. You won't be disappointed.

I was going every month to get a cupcake for my daughter and today I got a pretty bad customer service from a girl in short pigtails. A taller lady and taller guy were both kind but unfortunately I got the other girl and she was kind of mean. Pretty much made me not want to come back anymore

The atmosphere at craves feels retro modern. Don't know how the cupcakes taste, but I'm assuming they are good. Coffee was good just wish they had cups to stay, rather then paper cups.

I went here on my birthday for the first time and was mega disappointed. The cupcakes are fine, the icing is overly sweet but the “chiller” is what ruined my experience. Looks NOTHING like the other reviews. Tasted terrible, no whip cream, no drizzle and only filled the cup half way up. Not a pleasant first time experience and especially on my birthday.

One of the best bakeries in The Woodlands. The employees are super sweet (pun intended), and they have a wide range of options (including vegan cookies and gluten free brownies!) They also don’t tax on any of their cupcakes. The red velvet is my favorite, and is the most popular!

I've been to the Crave in the Galleria / Uptown Park area, several times.I was in The Woodlands last weekend and realized they had a Crave there as well.Place is clean. Customer service is great. But these cupcakes taste nothing like the Crave in the Galleria area. Won't be going back.

I wish the cupcakes weren't so good, I used to love enjoying a nice cappuccino at the cafe now the experience is not the same with paper cups. The past few visits the store runs out of salted caramel, dark chocolate and red velvet. I'm left disappointed with no other option but to try another day.

Cupcakes are a great alternative to store bakery cakes, especially for birthdays. This place in particular has a great selection and is of exceptional quality. Try the sugar free A1C friendly chocolate cupcake.
