Would never purchase from this business again.
One of the strangest experiences we’ve had at a food establishment. We were in the mall area the evening of 3/22/25 so I placed an order through Grubhub for pickup. I’ve done this several times in the past with Creamistry orders specifically and had no issues. Grubhub received my order, charged my card (my bank account reflected that I had been charged) and about 15 mins later I popped in to pick up my order. The shift manager said they could not find my order. I repeatedly showed him the email that proved that I had already paid. He finally fulfilled the order. I waited around for a few minutes, received my ice cream (which consisted of 2 single scoops and one topping each) and left. On the way home I received an email from Grubhub stating that my order had been canceled and my money would be refunded to my bank account. So now I felt guilty because I was essentially eating “stolen” ice cream. I called the shift manager and explained that I received an email from Grubhub stating my order had been canceled and I wanted to pay over the phone. He said he could not accept payment over the phone and I’d have to come back to the store and pay. I told him I was not at the mall, I was at home. He said I could either come back tonight or tomorrow and pay them. I said, “Can I just pay double next time I’m there since I’m a regular customer?” He told me “no” and that I’d have to come back to the mall that night or tomorrow and pay them. Excuse me… WHAT?!? I paid in good faith when I placed my online order and I also called Creamistry after my order had been canceled because I wanted to be an honest customer. We did end up driving back to the mall the next day because I didn’t want to have a guilty conscience. The shift manager insisted once again that it was an issue with the app and not their fault. Google on the other hand said it was more than likely an error that someone at the store had made. As the paying customer I could not care less what caused the issue! A good manager would have comped the ice cream when I called the store Saturday evening and would have said, “Thank you for your business. We will see you next time.” Needless to say Creamistry lost a customer.
Wish we could’ve tried it - 9:23pm and they are mopping and have the door locked with a sign saying they are closed, door also says they are open until 10pm and the crew saw us standing at the door! Super disappointing after walking 20 minutes from our hotel for a fun treat.
If you have 45 min to wait for 2 scope. The service is super slow when the place was almost empty.

I never make bad reviews for companies because I known how much they mean but I couldn’t hold back here. My goddaughter suggested coming here instead of another ice cream shop, so I decided to give in and try it for the first time. However, the attitudes of the people that work here made me want to walk right out. There was no greeting, explanation or help of any kind. I told them I was confused and they made me feel dumb for even asking questions. There were 3 employees and they all stared at us like they didn’t want us here. I’m mad my husband even purchased after this interaction..

The taste and texture of the ice cream was good. We got the taro nitro shake and a vanilla cup. But I’m not sure why they said we couldn’t get 2 flavors. That was confusing. Also I wanted a mangonada shake and they said nah they couldn’t do that, also without explanation. But they did so with seemingly genuine smiles, and watching them make it was pretty cool so yeah. Also price was a lil high but I expected it.

I usually don’t put reviews on business but this time I have to. I am at the chemistry shop in the Woodlands Mall, the manager here is awful. I specifically asked for toppings for the ice creams for my 3 kids, the person at the cashier was not able to add them and the manager wanted me to make the line again to pay for them. What is the cost for gummy bears when you pay 10 usd for each ice cream cone. A really bad experience could have been avoided if the personnel was well trained and know how to treat customers. Your manager yelled at me and for suer I will not be coming back.
I suggest you really check this situation.

Not worth The money. I was wondering why there were no cther customers and i soon found out why. To add to that, the owner was there during my visit and was very rude. Almost $20 for 2 scoops of ice cream, the owner should have at least said thank you for your business.
Their ice cream is creamy and you can see the carbon dioxide smoke. Love this place

Strawberry flavor came out good, caramel tasted like vanilla and was underwhelming. Price was very high- 2 of us cost $23+ for very small servings. The toppings are not mixed in so just on top. Service wasn’t friendly and VERY slow.

I took my family here and was excited about trying it out. Unfortunately the service is extremely slow and when they messed up my order, they put the “correct order” in the back of the line. So we had to wait while another 6+ people got their orders before we got ours. I talked to the staff about why this was the case and they brushed me off. I will never go to this place again. It literally took 45+ minutes to get one order of sorbe. Not acceptable.

Look I understand you want to clean and get out on time but when you’re in the service industry and your hours state you’re open til 10 don’t tell me you’re closed 15 mins early when I literally see people inside eating. If you want to close at 945 please put that up. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years and when people come in you serve them that’s what this industry is. If not change your hours please or state that you won’t take guest past a certain time.

I was very excited to try out this place as I love nitrogen margaritas, but I was definitely underwhelmed by my visit here. The place looked closed when we got there as it was totally empty. There was only one person working there that day, and she definitely does not like her job. We ordered a mangonada and a taro ice cream. The portions were small for what we paid. And while the texture of nitrogen made ice cream was there, the flavor was a little bland. Definitely felt like I overpaid for this. I think the only part I liked was the actual making of the ice cream process. But not enough to come back.
