Our service from the time we came in, until we left was great! The manager/owner greeted us at the front counter with the hostess came by to check on us a couple of times. Victoria was our waitress, she was very sweet, friendly and so helpful. She kept coming by to see if anything needed to be moved from the tables, if we needed anything, and provided overall wonderful customer service. The food was fresh and so delicious. Thank you for making our Brunch a great time with family!

Great server, she checked with us often. I sent back my spinach and they were happy to remake it for me with less salt.

We have dined here many times over the years and it was great, never any issues but tonight was just a bad experience all the way around. We were there to celebrate my teenagers 17th birthday and were seated at our reservation time & that part went as expected. However after the initial drinks had shown up, our server went MIA. Normally they are on point with keeping drinks & chips refilled, however our server was gone so long we had to get the hostess to go look for him. When our meal finally came out after waiting about 45 minutes from ordering, only one entree out of 6 was still hot; everyone else's was lukewarm. As we are not the family that complains or expects anything for free, we ate what was given to us and just carried on. Upon receiving the bill we noticed that the server had given himself an automatic 18% gratuity and the ticket even had an option for for extra gratuity. I always tip based on service and will tip extra generously for exceptional service however I don't believe he deserved the 18% he gave himself nor even giving us the option to determine what we felt he deserved. We won't be back to this location and we will no longer refer friends/family to this location after years of going here. I hope that management sees this and addresses the servers lack of attentiveness to its customers.

Horrible experience! My daughter had a food allergy to peanuts and she wasn't aware the dish she ordered had peanuts in the mole. Staff seemed nonchalant as we rushed to the ER! They even had the audacity to bill us for my meal that I didn't eat.
