I broke my leg and placed a mobile order on DoorDash. Pulled up to the window and asked to pick up the mobile order. She cut me off and said I had to come inside. I go inside to pick up the order when I guess they don’t realize I can speak Spanish so they’re all talking, smack about myself and another person. I was sitting on the counter. That easily could’ve just handed it through the window. But instead, I had to crutch myself inside . It was sitting right there , was pure laziness. Won’t be back to this one

The person who serves the drive thru, I think her name is Tiffany, is quite unpleasant and annoying in the way she serves the public, her attitude is terrible, I could almost say she is racist. Very unfortunate, they should put her in another position where she has nothing to do with public service.

ME & MY GIRL ARRIVED SATURDAY 02/24/2024 @10PM THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN TOOK OUR ORDER DIDN'T REPEAT IT AND HE WAS VERY UNORGANIZED WE ARRIVED TO THE WINDOW THEY TOOK ABOUT 15 MINS FOR OUR ORDER & AND GOT THE FOOD WITH NO NAPKINS & THE STEAK FINGERS WERE VERY DRY & FRENCH FRIESWERE ALSO THEY R MOVING TOO FAST THEY MESS UP THE ORDER FOR THE PEOPLE INFRONT OF US. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER WE WILL NEVER GO THEIR EVER AGAIN.
