I specifically asked for “fatty” and “marbled” meat. And the receipt indicates a ‘moist’ preference. This was heartbreaking and ruined our Labor Day meal. Cannot imagine their “lean” cuts being drier than this.

I would never in my life eat from here again this was my first and most definitely will be my last time ordering from here the chicken was extremely dry and unseasoned as well as the sliced brisket the baked beans and the green beans were a 4/10 and pecan pie was the best thing on the menu SMH Do better

Always fresh and ready to serve... and really wasn't that busy. The ribs were mouth watering and the brisket just fell apart lifting it from the plate

The staff was super friendly. They even called to let me know one of the items I ordered online was no longer available. The food was good. Got it to go. It definitely hit the spot.

I was looking forward to trying Dickey's after hearing so much hype, but unfortunately, it fell flat in every way. First, the service was painfully slow, and the place wasn't even that busy. The brisket was dry and flavorless, with none of that juicy, smoky goodness you'd expect from a BBQ place. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.
I ordered 2 baked potatoes with slicked brisket and received 2 slices of brisket for each whole potato, It was like they took a slice of brisket and cut it into fourths. The sides for the baker were minimal, barely enough for the entire potato.
I was asked for my photo i.d. up on pick and the cashier proceeded to write my dob down, why that was done I don't know. I was not greeted when I walked in and the kitchen crew were in the lobby on their phones when I walked in.
For the price we paid, I expected way more. Overall, this place is way overrated. There are far better BBQ spots in town, so do yourself a favor and skip this one. I won’t be coming back.
