Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

It’s in the entrance to Nordstrom’s so the atmosphere isn’t going to be that great, but I do like the place. Today I tried the new golden spice latte. The first sip was OK, but then I was left with a terrible aftertaste. Three sips later and I knew that I couldn’t finish my drink- so they graciously exchanged it for a regular latte!

The best bean water I ever did have.
The team helped me pick a robust bean to pleasure my taste buds at home. Robin (the lead barista) makes my drink to perfection.

Second time here over 2 months. Horrible service. Coffee machine broken both times. Too many people standing around doing nothing. Counting drawer on counter in front of customers in line.

Absolutely adore this place. I come here just about every day (mall employee) and I always enjoy what I get. The baristas are friendly and patient when I’m feeling indecisive. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good coffee while they shop.

Golden spice latte - yes it’s delish! ?

It's my favorite café bar in Galleria. In overall they are really good, but my absolute favorites are the Lavander Chai, Mexican moca, and their ham and cheese Croissant!

This Ebar staff leaves a lot to be desired. There is a person. Female , that works inside that hates customer service and the concept all together. PleasePleasePlease..... do not go up to the counter and ask for ice. She hates to give it out.She is definitely the Ice Patrol.... Nevermind the fact that you made an Ebar or store purchase .Just don't ask for it. Also it appears that if you only ask for or order less than a specific amount you are totally frowned upon. This Ebar is not at all like the Ebar Galleria. I guess location matters. She along wiry her attitude is a very intimidating tactic to the other employees. It appears she is the one they are afraid of. ... I do not know If She is the manager but the other workers follow her rules.I don't believe poor customer service is a Nordstrom belief.Very sad experience.

A delicious green smoothie.

My wife and I have made it a point to come here every time we are in Nordstrom. Their honey almond latte is the perfect amount of sweet to coffee ratio. Absolutely recommend when you visit The Woodlands Mall.

Nice, and clean store. Sadly the Coffee doesn't taste good.

They have some of the best coffee, never disappoints. Rich and flavorful. Hands down better than the Starbucks in the mall.
