I just moved to the area and wanted to try somewhere nearby and El Chaparro did not disappoint! Food was delicious, prices are fair, and our server was so pleasant and kind. Happy hour specials are A+. Definitely recommend this place and will be back.
Came here for the first time for a bday party, and we were all really disappointed. The service in the beginning was pushy in a way, they wanted us to order and we asked for some more time and it took them forever to come back. We couldn't waive anyone down because they put us in the back room. Initially, they gave our table away to another party in error. The food was bland, we all tried each other's food and all almost all of us were disappointed. My Queso Birria tacos...
The food is outstanding. Every selection I’ve ordered tastes great, is served quickly, and has a great presentation. The service is always pleasant and the staff works very hard to serve you. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is always clean and well lit. It’s definitely worth five stars. I highly recommend Chaparro to all my friends. Our waiter Miguel was incredibly friendly.
