We’ve been staying at this Embassy Suites location over 10 years now. The restaurant has quality food at night but the breakfast has gone downhill. We used to love the pecan coffee and the strong regular coffee. Now they have one weak cheap coffee. The bulk serve vanilla yogurt was terrible, need to buy better quality or go back to single serves. The pancakes have no flavor, that should be an easy fix. The Zuchinni bread was always delicious but sadly now they stopped offering it. Staff is friendly though! 😊

Wonderful stay and super patient staff! Full of energetic children and exhausted adults, everyone was sooooo nice and accommodating. The night auditor deserves a raise. She was so great at her job and pulled in 1000 directions but was quite patient.

Chris was awesome! I unexpectedly needed a room for one night due to an emergency. I was very stressed and had my son with me. Chris was very kind and patient. He did everything he could to ensure that we would be comfortable and well-rested during our stay. Upon checkout, the young lady at the front desk was also professional and caring. Thank you for truly taking care of us. I'll never forget the kindness and hospitality that we received.

My wife, kids and I had a great stay. Very clean hotel with great breakfast. Also some great restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. Chris and Vicki at front desk were amazing and made sure our experience at hotel was great.

I am a multiple time visitor to this Hilton property and have enjoyed the location and it’s proximity to dining experiences and also a beautiful walking trail. The personnel are friendly and helpful. It’s a clean and well maintained property.

I will and do recommend this hotel to any one whether it is for business or pleasure. Thank you to Sandra who made stay even more pleasant by answering all my questions and making sure the wait was not long whenever we needed anything. I appreciate her promptness and professionalism that was executed with politeness.

Great stay at Embassy suites. Best part was communication and customer service. Becky was the one who handled the communication and any needs during stay and she was at the top of her game. Nice evening reception with cocktails and snacks. Didn’t get a chance to have breakfast but overall great location and stay. Thank you!

The shower was leaking water out on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door was jammed and would not close. The conditioner bottle had fallen off the wall, so rather than fix it, housekeeping just left another bottle (along beside the one that had fallen off the wall) sitting in the shower. Was told that made to order eggs took 20 minutes so I took a number and waited. I check back twice after 30 and 40 minutes minutes and was told that they would bring it to my table. After an hour, I checked back to find out my order had been sitting out for 30 minutes on the counter. the fee for parking is excessive for this area; most facilities do not charge for parking in this area.

I highly recommend Embassy Suites. Vicki and all the staff on every shift was so nice and helpful. The property is a excellent hotel. The restaurant, pool and all other amenities top notch. The rooms all clean and spacious. Thanks Vicki, Pablo, and all the hard working breakfast staff that keep everything so clean no matter how busy it got.

My wife and I stayed three nights at the hotel and from the check -in until the check-out and the staff was outstanding working hard to make sure we had a great stay. The free morning breakfast was very delicious and the afternoon happy hour at the bar was worth the stay. Anna the bartender knew how to treat the guest. The rooms were very comfortable. The rooms were also very clean with strong wifi signal. The location was in a great, quiet area with walking distance to several restaurants and the trolley car picked you up in front of the hotel to go around the woodlands. My wife and I will be returning to stay again. Thanks to the staff of Embassy Suites again for making our stay such a pleasure.
