Today 3/28/2024 we picked up two birthday cakes for my special needs adult son one gluten free and one regular cake. We took them to his school and shared them with his classmates and staff. The cakes we so moist and the frosting was soo delicious best gluten free cake we ever had it made my son's birthday a very special day. Frost Bake Shoppe made a Cat in the Hat cake for my granddaughters birthday! It was amazing. I sent over a picture of the cake, not only was it identical to the picture, they included extra for me. The cake was absolutely delicious too... I will buy all my cakes from Frost Bake Shoppe!Katie F.

I recently used Frost cupcakes in the woodlands. I spent 30 minutes placing a custom cookie order and provided a picture of what the cookies should look like. The cookies were plain and did not have the design that I was assured would be placed on the cookies when they were picked up. I paid $5 per cookie to receivea plain cookie that I could have purchased at the grocery store for 1/3 of the price. I was so disappointed as this was a thank you for the guests at my daughter’s baby shower. I would not recommend this shop for custom orders.

The last 2 times with custom cookies the orders were wrong. Misspelled name and then missing design. Both times both were confirmed and then wrong at pickup.

For a “cupcake shop,” three out of the four flavors we tried were subpar, not flavorful, and overpriced for something I could better make at home. Their dulce de leche flavor was the only acceptable one we received. I wouldn’t soon go here again… baked goods need to have finesse and quality if you’re going out to buy them. Too many shops in the area just open to serve suboptimal goods.

They failed to process my prepaid order of 3 dozen cookies. Was told the manager or owner would call me to discuss and apologize. Did not happen! All they did was refund and didn't bother to find a solution or apologize! They keep deleting my Facebook reviews to hide how they failed and they don't care about their customers!

Very tasty cupcake choices plus lattes made with their icing. It didn't sound appetizing to me, but I tried a caramel one on recommendation from an employee. It's actually very good! Nice bathroom, indoor and outdoor seating. Very cute.

The cookies came out perfect and were a big hit. They were ready on time and the service was prompt and friendly.
BEST CAKE EVER!! This was our first time ordering from Frost Bake Shoppe, and it will definitely not be the last. Not only did they do an AMAZING job with the design but the cake itself was DELICIOUS. We got the chocolate cake with buttercream icing and filling. We all loved, loved the cake. Multiple guests said it was the best cake they had ever tasted, and asked for the bakery's info. This place is so worth it!! We're so happy we found it!

$90 for 6” round cake and no topper! When asked how we wanted the design they said send us the picture we can match it; we’ll they did not even add a topper per the picture. So $90 for a round frosted cake —> WOW
