A very kind man named Neal with the most joyous attitude. He made many funny jokes which were amazing. I wish this man get some type of raise.

We came in for a birthday cake and there was only one person in the store but she was extremely rude. She had an attitude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She also had an ear bud in one ear the whole time which I did not appreciate. Very minimal service unfortunately.

Ordered cake for a birthday, had someone pick it up for me. When I saw it at home realized it was made absolutely incorrectly. Didn’t put any of the ordered toppings on it. Store has minors working alone that are nasty and unprofessional. Refused to give me a refund or a replace it in any reasonable time frame. This business is a scam and everyone should stay away from them.

We were very happy with my son’s birthday cake! It was soccer themed and the ladies were super helpful with flavors and colors of frosting, ganache, it was a hit at the party!

I placed an online order for a cookie cake and upon pickup my order was wrong. I looked at their receipt and everything was correct. They just made my order wrong. I asked if they could make me one correctly and they said I would have to wait over an hour if I wanted a new one. I was on my way to the birthday party the cookie cake was for so I did not have this much time to wait. A discount wasn't even offered even though they recognized they didn't make it correctly.

I have never had an issue at other locations with this same order. I will not be back to this one for sure.

Cookies are good, but it seems this location is run by teenagers who are busy on their phones and were not trained on good customer service.

The ice cream is not kept cold enough and melts almost immediately. Have had to throw the cone away halfway through twice now. Not worth it. Cookie cake is pretty great though

I went to pick up a custom order last week and it was wrong…the owner never apologized, screamed to throw the cookies in the trash and when i asked for my money back she then said ill make new batch! Again, never apologized and was rude! It was the WORST customer service EVER and im pretty sure i have spent A LOT of money here over the years!!! I will never use this location again!

The cake was perfect, exactly as ordered online, ready at the time we requested -- seamless process -- and yummy as usual, of course! Thank you!!

We ordered a cookie cake for my son online and picked it up for the birthday party. The cake was made perfectly and tasted amazing! We will continue to order from Great American cookie!

I called the location yesterday and spoke with Elijah about purchasing a cookie cake. We had not ordered ahead and was told I would need to come in to the store to place the order and then wait for it. I asked about paying for it over the phone but was told the GACC doesn't take phone orders. So....we made our own.

This location always closes an hour+ before it says they do on the website. Workers are extremely rude as well. Wouldn’t come after 9pm that’s for sure.

I have had many custom cookie cakes decorated here. I’m always so impressed with what they come up with. They always do an awesome Job!

The employees are incredibly incompetent. Three employees helping one person for 20 minutes and a big line of people behind me waiting impatiently. Management clearly does not care anymore, cause if they cared, these employees would be fired. But don’t think it’s a one time thing, been there a couple of times, and the employees are simply meandering and not doing their jobs. Good representation of what business is becoming in the US, a bunch of people who could care less about service. Don’t shop here, don’t give your hard earned cash to a company that does not appreciate your business.
