I hardly ever leave a bad review, but after the nasty treatment and the awful comprehension level I had to. The worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced was at THIS location. The older gentleman and older lady were okay, but the young male and female really needs better training in customer service and comprehension.

I ordered the gyro combo and my girlfriend got the shrimp and bonless chicken combo. meals were made fresh and very delicious. would definitely come back anytime. great food but a little noisy at the mall when its crowded.

I stopped because they did Philly cheesesteaks with "white american cheese" that was a lie. They use mozzarella or provolone. I do have to say that it was good, but not the same or what I was looking for. Otherwise I would have went down to Charleys but they changed theirs too.

The worse place ever. Asked for a Philly cheese steak and almost seem like I asked for a Philly mayo sandwich by how much mayo they put on our sandwiches, it was literally falling out of the sandwich, all over my hands, I had to wipe sandwich with napkins and sandwich was falling apart. I didn't even finish one half I just threw it away, lost my appetite. I ordered my child some chicken tenders, it tasted like it's been sitting in fridge for the longest. I asked for curly fries I got these super hot greasy fries. They don't deserve a star or to even be in the mall.

When I first walked up the girl had an attitude and barely answered my questions once I was going to pay I asked for some fries they advertised curly fries but instead I was given regular fries with no salt or seasoning, they weren't busy at all. This will be my last time going there

The woodlands mall Great wraps, do not get there tap water there taste like mold, I am sure they have not cleaned it since they opened, I am sure all there drink lines have not been cleaned either it was disgusting, told her about it and she was snobby.

Great tasting fresh wraps. The bread was super fresh and you watch them cook your meat fresh. I got the chicken bacon and watched them cook all my food. They also melted gooey cheese on top and it was amazing. The sauce they use is also very good. The fries are crispy and the drinks are good. Even though the mall was crowded, this spot isn’t even though the food is amazing
