I went to the drive-thru to order. Everything was fine, but there was a slight language barrier. Other than that, all's well.

Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. The staff were not only disrespectful but also aggressively pushed extra items, making me feel pressured to order more than I wanted. What does it mean: 'No, You need it'!??? Instead of helpful service, I got rushed decisions and attitude when I declined.

Onion rings

Great food, but management needs to work on the drive through line. There will be 5 cars in the drive through and I’m waiting 15-20 minutes for my order and it’s ridiculous. Tell customers to pull around or hire more people for the kitchen.

Chicken was really chewy, but cooked all the way through, was still a decent experience. Would go again.

I pick up food for work and 3 orders were put in already I just needed to go through the drive thru and 3 people gave me cash for their orders meaning 3 separate payments, I pull up and I tell her I’m picking up for the 3 people and I need to make 3 separate orders, the orders weren’t anything but a couple of tacos, very simple, and the lady tells me to pull up, I pull up to the window and she hands me the food for the ones who ordered online then I have to remind her that I’m also making 3 orders and there is obviously a language barrier causing problems as she wasn’t understanding me, she asked for the names and I had to remind her again that I’m trying to make them here! She gets upset starts shaking her head everywhere giving me clear attitude, and the tone in her voice is screaming nothing but I don’t care and get out of here, I finally get to make the 3 orders after much difficulty and her getting upset with me through the whole process, she never smiled once at me the entire time and made it very unwelcoming, will not be coming here again.

Nice place great food

I have been eating jack tacos all over Houston and surrounding areas for 35yrs and I am telling you, these are hands down the best made Jack tacos ever!

Placed a mobile order for inside. Long wait. Food order not placed in mobile area. Drink machine out of coke, instead of replenishing it everyone wanting coke had to wait for an employee to get their cup and fill from the machine behind the counter.
