The manager on shift is actively scamming customers but adding donations without consent! They’re trying to win a contest so they’re fraudulently adding donations! When I asked for my receipt because the total was wrong she gave it to me but tore off the bottom half where the survey section was, I went back in to confront her about it and before I could say anything other than just holding the receipts she said she’ll give my money back please please check you’re receipts and make sure that she’s not scamming you

I think the burgers today were not optimal, the fries were excellent and the tacos too! The burgers looked like they had been cooked for a long time. Good and pleasant service ?.

Went yesterday after work there was no one in the driveway so I went thru … ordered sourdough sandwich combo food was nice and hot fresh … but when I got to where I was eating I opened the sandwich and there was no tomato’s made for a very dry bite !!! Have that lots so I no what goes in it … maybe next time it will be perfect

I went to the drive thru. Lady taking order was extremely rude. She asked me to wait a few seconds before she took my order. I waited patiently for several minutes and she never came back! I said “hello” she then yelled at me for asking her to take my order. She then says she will not take my order. Stunned I pull around to window and she refused to even speak to me. By this time there are 4-5 cars in line behind me. No one would come to the window!! Then, she brought customers from the lobby behind the counter to look at me through the drive thru window, laugh and flip me off!! I’m still in utter shock at the lack of professionalism and the rudeness of this lady. If you don’t like your job, please quit. Do not go to this location EVER! 7/14/24 @ 6:30 pm.

Sandwich wasn't as good as it use to be. Girl at the window was very impatient.

Well, the woman at the Drive trhru was rude. And that made my daughter angry. And they should have better customer service. Since with that attitude I will not go again and recommend that place.
