Jimmy John's

2 times in a row I have ordered delivery from here, and both times I never received my order. I literally live down the street. The first time I got a refund for it, the second time I never heard back. I won't be ordering delivery from here again.

idk what's happened here but as the company advertises to be 'freaky fast' just had my third time ordering ahead and my order was still stuck in the printer when I arrived. The first time, the employees were SITTING ON THE FLOOR in the back behind the counter on their phones. Why have a job if you're not going to do the work?? This location used to be good and it's gonna down hill. Come on guys.

Picked up the gargantuan unwich which was wrapped for easy access and tightly so the sandwich didn't fall apart.

Went in to get some sandwiches after my daughters dentist appt. I don't usually go to Jimmy John's and didn't know that I had to tell the cashier what I wanted on my sandwiches, when I tried to tell them what I wanted the two making the sandwiches started getting attitude and that's when the cashier told me I was supposed to tell her! I finally just told them to make them and I'll pick it off. From now on, I'll go to Jersey Mikes. The attitude here was enough to make me never want to come back

First time ever trying Jimmy John's and it will be my last!

I seen the advertisement for the Firecracker Combo and thought to myself... THIS LOOKS AMAZING!!!!

So I decided to drive to The Woodlands because Conroe doesn't have one.

When I arrive they was not busy. Only 1 table had customers eating at it.

I asked for the Combo and they said that there was no red tortillas and that they was in the freezer. I replied... no problem. I am a former chef and I am aware that it doesn't take long to dethaw tortillas. I CAN WAIT!

While waiting the Coke Zero was out. Had to ask them to refill it.

The trash was still full as if the 1st shift never emptied it.

As I was eating the wrap and thought to myself.... this just isn't good...

Then after a few more bites I realized I was EATING PAPER!

YES PAPER!

PAPER WAS WRAPED UP INSIDE THE WRAP!!!!!!!!

Needless to say it went in the trash and there is no manager on duty. Maybe they will be into tomorrow?

BUT I want a refund!

Literally my fiancé's and my favorite spot. The manager is awesome. And says we're her favorite customers. Lol! Super fast. Always remembers what I get.

This will be the last time I ever order from this location. I placed an online pickup order here 23 minutes ago and it isn't ready yet. People are being turned away at the door, and also being told to order online instead of at the register. Employee said "didn't know you were picking up". How? Because she won't use the register. Because she's the ONLY ONE HERE. poor management. Oh and no lettuce. In a sandwich shop?
