This associate wearing a bright green shirt with light brown Conrad Fisher hair attended me today and he was very rude and mean. He deserves to be fired. While I was shopping this kid around the age of 5 bumped his face into the door, he screamed at him and said "Don't ever do that ever again!!." But the kid was laughing and being joyful because he is a kid. After that the customers left and later came back they had been there a while looking being rather very indecisive because of all the choices of candy there is. Then he said "You guys can't be in here if you're not gonna buy anything, and if you're not gonna buy anything leave." As they were leaving he also said "And you can't be in the back hiding eating candy!" Which they weren't, the associate was assuming stuff and should be fired! It's outrageous how there's so many kids in that plaza and thats a candy shop where kids shop. So why is he so rude to kids? I really hope he gets fired or suspended from working because this is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!

Very clean store with really nice employees. The girl was super sweet and did a wonderful job putting together our box of truffles. It was fun to see all the different types of candies from the past and present. Always appreciate a store that keeps their food store clean and tidy.

Product quality was mediocre. However, upon reading the responses to reviews that mimic the arguments common in a middle school relationship, Ive found a great deal of entertainment. Keep it up!Edit (response to the owner): I’m having trouble discerning the correlation between leaving a one star review and one’s life accomplishments. I actually currently own and operate two successful businesses myself and sold one in ‘02. Your inability to be accountable and your deflective tendencies reflect your incompetence as a business owner and I pity you. Be weary of one who calls others idiots, yet throws a tantrum in response to every one-star review and lacks the decency to be professional and reasonable with customers. The expiration date on this store draws near - almost as near as the expiration date on their candy.

Visited the store with my 2 yr old toddler for the first time today and I will never go back. The owner was extremely rude on multiple accounts. After reading reviews from other customers it appears he always is on the defense and correcting customers. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this store.

EDIT: Owner is correct, the product was not 'expired'. It was several months past the 'Best Before' date from Cadbury-- I have corrected appropriately as the response from the business is factually correct on expiration. However, Jordan's Sweet Shoppe is perfectly fine selling products that the manufacturer has stated will no longer meet their intended standards of quality. The business admitted below they regularly sell products that are outside the 'Best Before' date. The quality standard utilized by this business is an employees taste test of chocolate freshness, not the established standards of the food industry.Additionally, when I spoke to the employee no apology was made, no offer to make it correct. My only option was to drive 30 minutes round trip to get a business card to contact the owner-- the employee would not share the info over the phone.Jordan's Sweet Shoppe needs to learn the power of saying "We are sorry you are disappointed, how can we make it right?"Additionally, their quality standards leave something to be desired for me personally. If their position is the quality standard is the staffs personal taste and NOT the manufacturers 'Best Before' dates that should be clearly spelled out to customers so they can make an informed decision. We will not be returning to this store and will share our experience with our local network.========Purchased 2 containers of cotton candy and a Wispa chocolate bar this afternoon. The Wispa bar “Best Before” date is 30 Nov 2022. Today is 19 Apr 2023. Why do you have products that expired 5 months ago on your shelves? When I reached out to the store there was no apology or empathy. No offer for refund. I was told to come in and get a business card for her boss. Such shame as we visit the candy shop after getting allergy shots for my daughter. Definitely be cautious of 'Best Before' dates if you shop at Jordan’s Sweet Shoppe.

I can't express how much fun I have when I come here! I can bring my kids, my partner or a friend and we will leave with a wide variety of sweets!Last weekend however, we finally had the honor of meeting Jordan herself and her amazing husband. My boyfriend was literally the kid in the candy store, just going off on how he loves the fact that this candy store is the first one in Texas (he is a transplant) that carried a wide variety of his favorite European chocolates. The owners shared their expedition on getting ahold of the foreign candy as I salivated over their sour gummies, mango with chile gummies, and their truffles. It's safe to say that the owners either think my boyfriend was very eccentrically excited over the candy or.... he probably had too much candy before we arrived there and needed to feed his non-existent addiction to sugar.

I just visited this store which I visit regularly because my kids love shaved ice. However it seems the owner was attending and he was very rude with my kids. My daughter talked to him several times and he completely ignored her and then when we were leaving he was more worried about the posibility that my kids could drop the shaved ice. When he gave it to them he just said don’t eat inside!! I mean is a candy and icecream store! If you do not want any spills or mess don’t sell this kind of stuff that is for kids!! Kids are your main clients, so be kind to them. I won’t come back and tell all my friends about this!My kids did not make any mess nor were running in your store! They are very well behaved kids. You are the one who needs to learn manners! You are so unkind, and i am not the only person who thinks that way! Worst host ever

I needed some items to complete a candy cake for one of the local schools and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

I never usually leave a bad review and just usually never return when I have a bad experience. I've been coming to this store for over 5 years and pay good money but last night would be the last time as I was faced by a very rude older guy while I was at the store. My niece had a hand full of goodies she was so excited to buy when one fell to the floor the guy immediately yelled at us and bullied us into buying the popsicle that had fallen to the floor! Yelling and the feeling of being bullied were unnecessary! Wouldve understood it more if this adult wouldve explained/asked us nicely! Ive never experienced anything like this and will never come back to this store.

Kids love coming here, I'm sure we can all guess why. Fun little place to go. Lots of sweet options to choose from. Service often lacks. A smile, a greeting, and a thank you goes a long way.
