I originally ordered online. Upon arriving at the store to pick up my order to my surprise there were some miscommunications between the app and the store. I understand it was not the store's fault in the matter. I contacted customer support they were not able to assist me. However the manager here and the cashier at the time assistant me very well they made sure me and my children were taken care of I appreciate the customer service and hospitality keep doing a wonderful job.

This KFC location has undergone a remarkable transformation in both service and overall experience. A few years back, I visited this particular restaurant and was met with dismal customer service and unsatisfactory cleanliness, which left a lasting negative impression. However, I decided to give it another chance a couple of months ago, and I was pleasantly surprised by the drastic improvement.

During my recent visit, I was assisted by Ms. Paty, who greeted me with a warm smile and provided exceptional service from the moment I stepped up to the counter. She patiently guided me through the menu, offering insightful recommendations that enhanced my meal selection. When my order arrived, everything was fresh, hot, and beautifully presented.

Since that initial revisit, I have returned to this location several times, and each experience has consistently met the high standards set by Ms. Paty. Her attentive and friendly demeanor has truly transformed my dining experience, making each visit enjoyable and satisfying. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant has improved as well, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages me to return.

There was a complication with my online order, however the manager on location gave me some advice on getting a refund. Iwas not able to get one so I went back into store and spoke with manager he was able make it right. I will continue to use this location probably not the app though.

José the general manager, answered the phone and made sure I had my rather large order on July 4th ready for my FIRST gender reveal. The way he prioritized our order and treated us so kind. working in management myself, is so amazing, and his team working all together to take care of all of us as efficiently as possible is amazing. The only kfc I will go to from now on!!!!

I placed an order for eight chicken tender meals, one Famous Bowl, and one Korean Bowl. When I arrived at the KFC location for pick-up, a staff member assured me that my entire order was included. Trusting their assurance, I took the order home. However, upon reviewing the contents, I found only a single large fried chicken thigh with a biscuit in one box, and another box containing five biscuits along with the two bowls. (Order #33883847) on June 16, 2025, at 6:55 PM.

When I contacted the establishment to address this issue, the staff insisted that the order was complete, despite the clear shortfall. I encountered conflicting information about the packaging of the items but remained persistent, reiterating that I had received only two boxes instead of the expected three. Unfortunately, the staff did not take any action and continued to claim that I was lying. I would strongly advise against trusting this business. I have pictures and receipts available as proof if needed.
