Patty is one in a million. She wants to make sure her customers are serviced and is so kind and accommodating. Definitely not the kind of service you're used to at a fast food joint. She was a joy.
Managment needs to be change, selling old soggy chicken and saying that is fresh, had to return my order to get another old order
just left from picking up my order and very rude very disappointed with customer service and chicken very dry and Cole very dry has well, never going back to this location.
This place does not know how to fry chicken. Everytime I get a buckets it’s raw. Be careful!
They forgot about me. I ordered an eight piece chicken bucket, and they told me to drive ahead and wait just beyond the pick up window. 15 minutes later I had to drive around, and the window attendant told me that “ oh yeah, I was just thinking about you.” when I went to go get the food, I asked him if he forgot about me, and he said yes. This is the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, and I’m 42 years old.
Picked up a number 7 which is three pieces of chicken two sides drink and a biscuit. At 6:00 p.m. the chicken which was extra crispy was so dried out it. It obviously had been sitting there for hours. The chicken was rubbery and drt. The biscuit was hard as a rock and unedible. I don't understand what's wrong with the people that work at these places knowing that you spend at least 12 to $13 on food and it is unedible. I think management needs to step in and look at the quality that they are serving their customers before they end up closing the store. I will not be back to KFC.

Thurs, 02-06-25, 8:24pm. Vulgar music about drugs, female disrespect, and shooting/killing... out loud!!! And cashier singing along with no shame. Children present, but no matter to them. Spend money at Popeyes.
Horrible service zero stars if I would. I was doing a DoorDash delivery for a customer and first of all one of the employees ignore me and I have to shout and say hey, I have an order and they told me to wait a moment. And I have to wait for like almost an hour just to pick up the food for the customer and they say that they don’t have enough people to work here.
So you shall hire more people and train them.
Because not only that the line for order is long and there was one man who is standing there for 15 minutes more or less. And one of the employees once again, ignoring them.
I paid $9.41 for this!? 3 tenders that are the size of wing dings! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible experience. The women is very unprofessional, got mad because I had a mobile order and she wanted to me come inside because she didn’t feel like having me wait a minute to get it. She began to threaten to call the police and cancel my order. Then made her members speak for her, food was not received.
Horrible horrible! Chicken super dry waited over 30min for fries to only get what looked like the left overs at the bottom. I can say the masted potato was only thing my children would bare to eat.
Old chicken place was empty.they had a hour wait for extra crispy.bad experience I won't go back
Ordered extra crispy only had 4 pieces left at 8:15 they sed they were cleaning the grease it would be an hour wait to fulfill my order made me take what they had or get nothing i understand ive been a fry cook for many years the only reason for this is lazynes and mismanagement of time
We have given it several chances. Quality goes down and down. Greasy oily chicken.
