had a global entry ID and they wouldnt let me in. lol i literally used it to enter the airport and got it processed from a federal CBP officer. the staff and i were respectful to eachother about it, but it kinda ruined my night.

I Was there with a party and experienced terrible service. I had to literally find the waitress anytime I wanted a drink and then I was shocked to close out my tab that it was pre-authorized for $25 out of all the bars I’ve worked in my past, even the shadiest, never pre-authorize it for $25 Then that $25 didn’t even go towards my tab so on top of that I was charged an additional $82 without tip so all set and done unless you want to be out $140 and one night don’t come to this place. An additional comment I’m from the Woodlands and this Kirby icehouse single-handedly killed the bar scene in the area. Howard Hughes is a joke and I wish it never came to the woodlands

I was having a bad day and was wanting to cry because I felt alone and the bartenders made me smile and actually made my day a lot better it made not want to drink my night away . Thank you Kirby’s for the great food and excellent service as a single female coming into this bar it made me feel safe and welcome .thank you kristy for being a great bartender

The most recent trip for the Cousin Maine Lobster truck found me at this Ice House location in The Woodands. As usual the food from the truck was wonderful and Stephanie was great in service. The disappointment came in the attendee, Mathew, at the ice house refusing to let me in unless I went to the front. I told him of my age (70+)and handicap (hip injury) but he stated he was"doing his job" Asked for supervisor and he refused. With the lobster truck at back the walk to the front and then back around was quite challenging! I hope that Cousins DOES NOT return to this site. When I was leaving I asked in a very business like manner that he should review this policy with his supervisor and relay the event. With his body language and stating into space, I doubt this godt any attention. As a business learning experience I hope some one responds from the ice house.

Seriously the worst place . Service is beyond slow. Can’t review the drinks because the servers don’t know how to take an order . Waited for ever to be told we couldn’t order because we hopped from another place. If you’re looking for a good time, head to Mahoney’s!
Worst margarita I ever had. Tasted only like sour mix and I'm 100% sure it was 0 alcohol on it .

Great place to take in sporting events. Good beer selection but took forever to be waited on.

Please use different bouncers. They are rude. They didn’t allow us to come in. They are racist.

Worst place I’ve ever been to , when I mean the service is bad is because is bad.
Walked to the bar to get beer because no one came to us but yet a 2 tables from us a server actually came to them and took care of them all night long.
Guys at front are nice but no one in the back to even turn on a heater or anything.
I wouldn’t give a star at all but that’s the only way to leave a review.
(Also this is the second time this happens to me)

This place is impressive, with over 50 beer options and plenty of space to accommodate large groups. It’s a great spot to hang out with friends or coworkers, especially during game seasons, thanks to the giant screen for sports fans. The only downside is the lack of in-house food—some finger foods would have been perfect.
While they have the Baja Cantina food truck on a Sunday, my experience wasn’t great. The food was overpriced, with small portions and underwhelming quality. $21 for a small bowl of chicken nachos with countable diced chicken cubes, felt like a rip-off. There are much better food trucks and eateries out there offering better value for your money.

Miranda was my server and she did an amazing job taking care of our group. Friendly smile, great attitude. We had a great time. We will definitely come back and see her!
The bartenders are so rude as well as the bouncers or whatever they want to call themselves. I stood at the bar for over 27 mins and then I tried to order and the bartender walked around and said last bar call and wouldn't let me order as I was already standing there for over 25 minutes and the group next to me even said I was standing there waiting. You can also order a martini all the way up until 2 am, as I did last time and then they walk around and yell at you to drink up. So you want me to chug this martini I just got, good to know! Anyways spend your money and time at Bar Louie on the waterway they will take care of you and won't rush you out and make you chug your last drink of the night..
