We went to the Haywood Mall grand opening today and absolutely loved the energy!!!! The drinks were soooo delicious and of course I bought a key chain! The boys also played a game and won tumblers🥰

The Asian manager is the worst i don’t recommend this place at all the way she talks to you is like your in china in her sweat shop it’s horrible I didn’t get to order my drink because of her “selfish attitude”

I love their peach mango lychee tea it's so freaking good!!

This time I ordered Lychee black tea with lychee jelly, it tastes pretty good, but the service really made you feel that you are NOT welcome. I guess the girls don’t know how to smile. Or maybe they don’t like their job?

I had the worst Brown Sugar Boba Coffee. My husbands matcha latte tasted fishy probably due to low quality or poorly stored matcha powder. Not going again for sure. I’m spoiled with the quality I get at Ye Cha!!

The last time I went , the staff was very unfriendly . They need to work on their customer service better. The workers just look at you like a deer in headlights with out saying have a nice day or thank you . Hopefully they will work on being more friendlier. But definitely will not return.

The 2 girls working here agreed the drink was bad( they said it was the Ice) I said the tea tasted old. They gave attitude and rolled their eyes and didn't want to do anything about it. They remade the same drink (house tea) and it was bad too. I poured it out in the parking lot. Very bad customer service. We go here often and it is amazing.. today was just sad.

Got a thai iced milk tea here and it had hair in it at the bottom of the drink. Please make sure y’all are using hair nets or making sure hair doesn’t go into a customers drink. I almost gagged when i saw it that’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable but i guess its my fault for getting milk tea at a mall
