Worst place I have ever been to in my life. I couldn’t believe the young female at the cash register. She was so hateful to my 11-year-old son. She looked at him with disgust in her eyes. I couldn’t believe how someone so angry would actually be working at a place that is a solely based off a customer service.

I've tried a few now and in my opinion, most of the drinks taste too bland, especially the matcha latte.

DO NOT COME HERE, THERE ARE ROACHES IN THE DRINKS!!!!!
I came here on saturday 10/25/25 around 6:00 pm with two other people and ordered drinks. Sat down to eat food and saw a BABY ROACH IN THE DRINK.

Bobba is super good and perfect but costumer service is the worse, today was the third time that I received mean attitude from the lady’s.

I did not like the thai tea with bobba. Took a couple of sips and threw the rest.

Literally the worst boba I’ve ever had. I’m not a picky eater at all, but I’ve gave this place 3 different times and each time it was terrible. The first time I tried it it was super watery the second time I tried their boba and it was bitter and tasted like dirt and the 3rd time was my final straw, I spent like 15 dollars on two drinks and my strawberry drink TASTES LIKE FISH. I’m not even kidding. This shop is ridiculously overpriced. I hate to be so harsh, because the service has been nice and all but my advice would be to save your money. If the quality of these drinks would be better I would definitely come back because they are very quick and kind but I just can’t deal with the taste.

My smoothie was really icy. And I had already waited 30 minutes before drinking it. The staff is careless.

I’ve had bubble tea at so many different places and this location falls in the bottom 10% of bubble teas I’ve had. I did not have any bad experience with customer service though.

Lowkey mid. Not strong at all and super over priced. I’d recomend kung fu tea any day

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
The employee was extremely rude , i asked about a picture of a drink they had on their booth and she simply couldn’t even turn her head to check it
she said she doesn’t know with a dead stare!
I was honestly so thirsty but she threw me off so i just walked away.

I ordered brown suger cold brew. Tastes was very good and service was nice.

I ordered sparkling grapefruit with Lychee jelly and aloe vera, this taste awesome👍🏻
I will try again next time!

I don't really understand all the one star reviews. I get a drink here every time I go to the mall and they've all been great. The customer service was also fine. They filled the drinks every time and quickly even when there was a huge line.

We went to the Haywood Mall grand opening today and absolutely loved the energy!!!! The drinks were soooo delicious and of course I bought a key chain! The boys also played a game and won tumblers🥰
