I’ve come here three times total with my boyfriend and the previous two times we came in we had an amazing time with friendly and fast service. The manager seemed to even recognize us the third time coming in… but that didn’t seem to matter. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll that came out like a hand roll with crab imitation in it and no avocado. I absolutely hate imitation crab. The shrimp looked like popcorn shrimp with no shrimp tail (which im honestly convinced wasn’t even shrimp). The server we had got the manager to our table and the manager explained that was how they made their roll. I was obviously not really excited by the presentation nor is it stated on their menu that they have a spin off version of the shrimp tempura roll. The manager didn’t do anything. The manager had also visited our table twice to see how everything was, but then never came back to our table when I obviously didn’t want the roll. I may be wrong but it seemed like our server was even trying to stand up for us for it being on our bill. I saw her approach the manager at least twice and the second time showed her the plate of the completely uneaten sushi roll. The manager not once tried to fix the situation. I would’ve been more than happy to have it remade with no imitation crab, but in the end not one solution was made and we paid for something we didn’t even eat. The service from the servers is always good, but unfortunately we will not be returning again due to management not caring about their customers or servers. My friend had told me about a negative experience here so I never ate here till recently and now I understand…

I'm coming here for very long time but apparently business is slow they charging $1.25 for a small side of spicy mayo I used to pay 50 Cent okay but $1.25 this is a ripoff unacceptable love the people inside but I will never put my foot inside your place again the set part that I used to spend in your place like if average 100.00 a week and you really lost a good customer there is no places here unfortunately you will never see my face again and I hope that you going to lose the business because you also make the quality of the sushi really low grade wise.

First time here and was very pleased! The food came out fast abd the sushi was fresh! The service was great and the staff was so nice an accommodating by seating us about 45 minutes prior to closing. They didn't rush us to leave like some places will when you arrive closer to closing. We will definitely be back!
Kyu has become my boyfriend and I go to sushi spot on all day happy hour sundays!! The edamame is always delicious and the sushi is SOOOO fresh and never disappoints:) The service is amazing and the sushi chefs are always welcoming!! Highly recommend this sushi spot it is a staple in our week:)

I ordered hibachi chicken and steamed vegetables, and this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. • The chicken was barely cooked through. Some pieces were rubbery and others had a jelly-like texture that made it clear they weren’t fully cooked. I eat chicken regularly, and I can tell the difference between properly cooked, overcooked, and undercooked — this was undercooked. • The vegetables were rock hard, not steamed. They seemed to be freshly cut and plated without proper preparation. • For nearly $30 (with an additional $3 charge just to add fried rice), the quality was unacceptable. • The yum yum sauce was bland, and to make it worse, no knife was provided to even try to cut the meat properly.
I barely ate 1/3 of my meal and left frustrated. If this place wants to charge those prices, the food needs to be safe to eat and prepared with care. As it stands, I would not recommend it to anyone.

The food is relatively good, some of the items. But the service seems almost clueless and buffoon like at times. You pay them a tip hoping for at least decent service just to come up there and have them pack your order in a rather sloppy way. I mean the broth is spilling, the sushi rolls are completely destroyed. It’s almost like they just threw the items in the bag. You take it out when you get home and it’s honestly a complete mess. At first I thought I needed to pay more attention to how I was putting it in the car, until I stopped and checked how it was packaged only to find pure disappointment.
I think I’m going to find somewhere else to go as there is plenty of places in the area that take a little more pride in service and also not being cheap and skimping on portion while charging high prices. For that they do I can literally go to Trader Joe’s and replicate it.
