Sandwich was very good but I got mines to go. Once I got to my destination I realized my order was wrong as far as size. I ordered and paid for a large and got a small. I was too far to go back. Will check before I leave next time.

This is the worst I have ever had. I was served a salad with iceberg lettuce when advertised spring mix. The manager was extremely rude as to it’s my fault I was not informed. I requested a refund and contacted corporate about his behavior. No apology for not informing me of the change. I spent 35.00 for 3 salads. I am beyond unhappy. I will never return.

Ordered 3 sandwiches to go online. Brought them home, all 3 were done wrong. Two had missing ingredients and yellow mustard (yuk) instead of spicy - huge difference - and the 3rd had onions when none were ordered. Good ingredients, though, so 2 stars.

Funny charges. Medium ham and salami cost $10 when an Italian medium with that and more is $8.50. More ham and salami on the Italian. Kiosk tipping pressure. This spot is changing in a bad way.

Subs were delicious! Veggies and meat were fresh and you could tell by the taste. Service was amazing. Quick and efficient, always get my order right. The girl that works there, Isha, is super sweet!

Amazing quick lunch spot in the area for an affordable price. I always recommend the Italian sub, or the chicken salad sandwich is also a great choice. Definitely check this place out!

The turkey sandwich was very good, but the oatmeal cookie had a strange seasoning in it.
If you want a top-notch sub, Lenny's is the place to go. I like the freshly sliced meats and the ability to customize with one's favorite toppings. Delicious!

Subs taste good but they are putting less and less meat on their sandwiches. If you ask for extra meat it actually costs 40 cents more than what the menu on the wall says. I used to love coming here but if I want two slices of deli meat on bread I'll start doing it at home now.

Well, the phrase, "the screen is going to ask you a couple of questions" has now hit here. If you have not heard that before, it means we want a tip. I am not even sure who I am tipping, or even if I want to tip at this point because I haven't gotten the food or anything yet, what am I tipping for at this point, someone taking my order? So many questions. So, why is it that they all say the same thing everywhere? Is there tip training when you start that gives them the phrase, "it's going to ask you a few questions"? Just say, "Hey it's going to ask you to tip" just be honest about the goal at least.

Just found my new favorite cheese steak shop! Got the 10" Bacon cheese steak and it was PERFECT! Wish I had gotten the 15", 'cause I'm instantly craving more! My wife picked up the order, so I can't speak about the staff or store but anyone that makes a cheese steak THAT good HAS to be a quality member of society!
