The food was great except the chicken fajitas were tough and hard to eat. But it probably won't stop me from going back
Margarita and Fajitas are excellent
Cordial and professional service unfortunately does not make the food less saaalty. Why cook with so much salt? Not motivated to go back.
Our go to 🥰
Great service, delicious food!
Shorted us our order of queso on a to go order. Refused to refund the price of the queso unless I drove back to give them my credit card in person even though they knew the forgot it because they first told me they had it and I could drive back to get it
They really need to update this restaurant, especially because of its location. There were 18 of us, and we had one waitress that clearly couldn't handle it or didn't care. She was older, but it wasn't her age exactly. It was her lackadaisical attitude. She knew she was guaranteed a tip and simply didn't care that this was my son's graduation dinner and that it was important to give good service. We gave her the bare minimum tip. Which was stupid on her part because we have been known to tip 35-40% if we have amazing service. I wish we had never gone there. If it hadn't been for her helper, I would have walked. He did a great job!
Always great food and service
Great!
Always delicious food, but the service isn’t consistently great.

We've been coming to this Los Cucos location for years. 27 years to be exact. This was the first restaurant we visited in The Woodlands while house hunting for our move here in 1998. But, tonight was the last time. The food was good as usual, the service was fine, but someone's decision to blast ridiculously loud music absolutely ruined the whole experience. It was so loud that we couldn't hear ourselves think, never mind talk. That's it, never again!!!
Food was stale and soggy. Manager was rude and suddenly could not speak English when we had a problem with our food.
Service is equally important as food cost/quality.
Our Service was very intermittent. Just when I thought we had a good waiter, he also became the bartender, only to not return . They had plenty of staff trying to look busy, but we're not.
The FOH girl needs to learn how to seat people. The resturant was not busy , but sat us by the kitchen. Lots of traffic and noisy. There where plenty of open seats. Not professional. I understand when busy, but they were not.
Food quality is outstanding. Totally worth the expense.
Just really need to work on training staff. And they would be a 5 star all day long.
My friend and I ordered small house frozen margaritas. They were very good. And an appetizer of queso flameado with beef. It was good but I was really wanting regular chile con queso with beef. I was surprised when this was delivered, but, it was good. We ordered the Delicioso grill special for one and there was plenty of food to share. It came with a grilled fish fillet and grilled shrimp, beef and chicken fajitas, carnitas, grilled onions, mild peppers, and tomatoes. Accompanying it were Spanish rice, charro beans, pico de gallo. The grill was a small one placed on the table and kept the meal sizzling. Very nice touch and very good food. I was leary of the fish , since, when I asked the server what type of fish, he said it was bass. I've never really tried bass, but this grilled fillet was very soft, white, and mild. I enjoyed it
They have happy hour margaritas all day on Tuesday. They also had karaoke!
