Bad service for it being at the woodlands mall. The guy hardly said a word and I couldn’t hear anything he was saying because of the mask on his face. And the price is over $7 for a little bit 1 1/2” in x 3 1/3” cup

This is definitely my go-to ice cream place, but the prices are ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I hate to be someone that complains about prices and all, but eight dollars for the smallest cup of ice cream is just wow.
Money aside, though, their ice cream is always delicious and their free unlimited toppings never disappoint.
The employees aren’t rude in any way, but clearly they’ve been trained to ask “anything else” after every. single. topping.

They need to train their employees more to be able to provide good and friendly customer service, because today I went with my family for ice cream and the chubby girl had a very rude attitude, it is something unacceptable.

They should put it in the kitchen and not on the counter. The guy who serves does it very reluctantly; he does it as if he were asked for it as a gift. I do not recommend it!

the ice cream was delicious but the service was terrible the guy putting the ice cream in was talking through his teeth we asked him to put the ice cream in a waffle cone with a white chocolate rim he ignored it instead of pistachio he put mint i wouldn't be so mad about it but i don't eat mint so it was a waste of money and a bad mood :(((

Nearly $8 for a small cup (without the cone ?). And NOT ONE PEICE OF COOKIE DOUGH IN THE COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM!!!!!!! Like how is it cookie dough, if there's no cookie dough???? I'm so disappointed and I want my money back lol

They served my two mothers and I do have to admit, the two couldn't stop all the way until the very end of licking up the spoon for maybe round two. Simply a successful moment which I could not ask as a more better service then to see they two smiley's seen. Lol.

Admittedly I enjoyed my single scoop dark chocolate ice cream served in a dark chocolate dipped cone and my partner enjoyed his cone as well, however when the young lady at the register said $19.44, I had to ask, "for two single scoop cones", which she confirmed was accurate & there were no add-ins. I won't do that again.

The guy that helped me was super rude and aggressive the whole time. He didn’t greet me and I kept saying thank you and he kept trying to interrupt and acted super bothered .He gave me a leaking cup and when I asked if he could help me he got upset and said I didn’t know you where going to need a lid.
