Personally watched the OWNER of this location stick her finger in her mouth, pick her teeth, and then proceed to scoop ice cream for a father and his two small children, without washing her hands.
Absolutely disgusting, and incredibly low standards.

Went there a few days ago with my grandma and brother and for a regular mint/dark chocolate ice cream with gummy bears. The guy who was making our order was very friendly and we had a good conversation with him.

A very kind man named Neal with the most joyous attitude. He made many funny jokes which were amazing. I wish this man get some type of raise.

Marble Slab derives its brand from the marble slab, and they mix toppings into your ice cream. They have many flavors of ice cream, and each location makes their ice cream, cones, and cookies onsite. Compared to Chiller Bee or something similar, I find this to be richer, smoother, and sweeter, and the mixing "slab" does a much better job of distributing your toppings. Give a few flavors a sample; even if you know what you like, you may find something new. This location has always been well-maintained and as clean as reasonably expected. Moreover, it feels like an ice cream shop with vibrant colors and small ice cream tables. If you have a large group, seating may be challenging.

Why don’t you clean up and refurbish the table and the garbage can outside the entry. We enjoy your ice cream but not the uncleanliness and the flies. Can’t be that difficult keeping the place shiny. That’s how customers come back.

Walked in and waited about 5 min and no one greeted us or even said a word. 4 people working and not once acknowledged. Won’t be going back.
