The Sterling Ridge location is the worst. I'm missing items again, reminding me why I usually avoid this location. It too over 10+ calls to get in touch with some one and a "manager" finally answered, never apologized, and when I asked which manager he was (shift, lead, general) he says he's the "regular one", whatever that means. I never got an apology or anything of remorse for having a full nugget order missing from my order. I was trying to treat my two daughters after church, but they ended up sharing the one order since it was late and we couldn't all get back in car because of smaller children. Please just do better for the working single moms out there.
The manager at 5.00pm today 10/25/2024 is extremely rude, the treatment is terrible, I have already had two bad experiences with this lady, I will never go to this McDonald's again, I have met other people who have also had problems In this headquarters, it is incredible that McDonald's has people who do not know how to treat the public like managers.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I ordered coffee and pie. Manager said the expresso machine isn't working. That was fine but then he gives me two apple pies that weren't even hot. They both were room temp, not even a little warm and one pie said serve at a certain time and it was 4 minutes from when he gave it to me.

Mobile App order, food never delivered after 20 minutes. Went through drive-thru, food was sitting there and cold and they refused to replace. Following three complaints to national, I was finally contacted by a lady on behalf of the franchisee/ owner who was dismissive and provided nothing but a litany of excuses. The other McDonald’s in and around The Woodlands much friendlier and service oriented.

Blown away! So the drive thru today Aug. 24 at approx 0800, the you man was sounding listless and not paying attention, had to repeat my order too much. I honestly thought he didn't speak English.
When I get to the first window, imagine Mt surprise when it is a small, very young man, head in one hand, scrolling tik tock on another.
Literally scrolling while holding my debit! To make it worse, he was in a collard shirt and tie? This is your team lead?! Pretty discouraging

I hate this McDonald's. They always mess something up in the order so I have to go in and request they fix it or if I'm in a rush I have to just deal with it. And they have people working there that very clearly don't speak English...if not WHY are they at the drive thru window dealing with customers??? It's incredibly awkward and slows everything down!

Today 7/29/24 ordered at register at 12:40pm it took 30 min to receive my food many others still waiting .... it was closes food to my job site ..... never again will we come to this location
