I have truly never given a review this terrible but not only was there 0 solution to the issue at hand, the customer service was absolutely AWFUL. For one, it was a struggle to even get in contact with the manager or find out a name for any manager (apparently there are many) but from my understanding this specific location has decided not to serve espresso, just because? And any time I asked an employee an explanation they had none other than it wasn't being used at the moment. For Salvador, I assume the store manager, the way your store is being run is absolutely terrible and the customer service behind it matches. I can understand that your employees are not the ones to call the shots on what's being distributed and used in the store but at the very least, they can offer a smile and an apology. Lord I'd assume for people living in the south they'd have some manners.

Experienced bad customer service in the drive thru at this location on more than one occasion. So disappointing because this location is close to my job and easy to get to for lunch but the bad service is just unacceptable.

Fries weren’t cooked well and were soggy, rude staff, and the chicken sandwiches weren’t cooked well either. Sauces weren’t put in bag as well even though it was specified on the online order. Usually McDonald’s isn’t this bad, but this time it was horrible.
