The food is very good, the only thing is that they no longer give ketchup, sometimes not even napkins, and the burgers without ketchup are not good.

I ordered online for the first time I placed my order at 6 p.m. November 1st my birthday on the app for the first time, I showed up 45 minutes later I didn't care if the food was warm or cold I just wanted it, I show up no service for pick up, and when I eventually got it my order wasn't there !!! The employees response it was ordered an hour ago that's why it's gone !!! So because I gave them time and my order was stolen cause apparently they don't watch that stuff it's my fault, I was talk to hold on but time passed and not one would talk to me until I go out my way to get attention!!! and when I asked were is my order I guess it's been stolen and they said yes and we are remaking it, and even after I got me order no sorry sir no nothing just literally the words here is your order, they were medium busy no one apologized no nothing I was ignored only until I said something, I got better service during covid then today with a full staff!!!

Dry dry dry!!! Cold! No ketchup on burgers and mustard. It’s like a family of idiots working together up there. Sorry to be so rude, but it’s been getting bad. Just get rid of that McDonald’s. It’s really a waste of our money and McDonald’s money for paying these people to make a pre made hamburger.

I’m back….. will anyone please let me know when a new crew is hired please. I went a few weeks back and WILL NOT go back until something is done about the weekly PM crew.

If you order an hour before close they’ll accept your order and not make it so when you go to pick it up everyone will have already been home. They also like to close early or fix your online times and stop accepting orders.

This McDonalds dining area is filthy; the worst part about the filthy is that it didn’t get this filthy overnight. The dirt, food, trash and other filthy in the dining area of this establishment has been building up for an extended period of time. (See Photo Attached) I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like in this restaurant. Filth of this degree in a food service establishment is absolutely ridiculous and only reflect on the franchise owner and management. It is a true testament to their complete lack of competence coupled with their pure laziness. Cleaning and maintaining a clean environment is a basic life function that clearly the ownership nor management team embrace. Additionally upon arrival Carolina (Manager) was very cold and unfriendly; she never greeted up nor thanked us for our patronage. Her attitude throughout was simply lacking any desire to be professional and courteous; which does not surprise me given this facility cannot even perform a basic life function like cleaning so I shouldn’t have expectations for anything to be acceptable at this location. You might want to consider the level of service and cleanliness of this establishment before consuming food prepared and cooked here.

Young Man named Mitch had such great customer service! Really would recommend others here because of his service! Please allow this to get to appropriate personnel as we there are still a lot of young people doing what is right and have awesome character.

I’ll try to make a long story short… I submitted feedback/complaint to the 1800# for an undercooked patty I received. Next day I received a call back, and one of the 1st things the lady says is we reviewed the camera and determined no error occurred. THAT STATEMENT is what ticked me off and led to this review. My intention was not to get anyone fired nor to file a lawsuit. I simply wanted them to be made aware that I received an undercooked beef patty so that it wouldn’t continuously happen. Receiving a follow up call stating that ‘no error occurred’ was like calling me a liar. I’ve worked customer service for YEARS! And there is definitely a need of training for showing EMPATHY when addressing customer’s concerns. A simple apology would have been suffice. You don’t start off with telling a customer that you did nothing wrong! Especially when the customer is not being argumentative! I just wanted my issue to be acknowledged! Because I’m the one that wasted my time/gas/money to purchase a meal just to go back to work and have to eat peanuts at my desk because I had to throw away my burger. AND it was my birthday! So please don’t tell me nothing about your footage showed no error! Had I known I’d get that response, I would have taken my own footage of what I saw when I split the burger in half! But we can all CLEARLY see that my patty was pink and undercooked as I stated.
