I love the food it's so good the Big Mac and fries are the best and the drinks are amazing to and the service it's fast and good they are usually nice people but I don't like how hard it is to hear them out of the speaker thing in the drive through

Ordered a Biscuit, egg and bacon sandwich. The Bacon was old and stunk so bad I didn't take one bite. When I took it back to the manager she would not even talk to me. Instead she told one of the counter lady's to help me. This lady told me nothing could be done and went back to work. They didn't try to help me or refund my money. I would never go back to the McDonald on Sawdust Rd in the Woodlands. Bad food and bad management.

Used to be our favorite McDonald's, but something has changed and I believe it is the employees. Fries were always hot and fresh. Burgers were better than any other McDonald's because they were also hot and fresh. Yesterday's meal was the worst McDonald's we have had and for the price it was horrible. So I guess our close McDonald's will go to the bottom of our list for now.
