I recently placed an order with MOD Pizza and my wife went to pick it up. There was a mistake with the order, but the team immediately showed that they cared about making things right. They took the time to fix the issue quickly and made sure we left satisfied. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they handled it really stood out. Great customer service and genuine effort to make sure we were happy with our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We love the Mod pizza and salads. The ingredients are always fresh! The staff is always super friendly and fast. Plus, nothing beats a no name cake after a pizza.

the worker said that there is no milk in the pesto sauce. She even went to check with the manager. But in fact, it contains milk(((
this is indicated on their website. Of course, it is my fault and responsibility that I did not check on the website. I just hoped for the professionalism of the worker((( plus she was so confident and persuasive

The most amazing pizza place in the world. Coming from somebody who has lived in both the United Kingdom and USA. I love how it set up, the staff are friendly, and food is amazing. Note that they do have vegan cheese and vegan meat.

This was by far the worst experience ever at a MOD pizza. The trash bins were overflowing with trash. The dirty dish bins were overflowing to the point that one more would have avalanched over the client. The floors were sticky and dirty. The kitchen floor was far worse. The pizza prep guys asked one client if he should change gloves after handling a possible allergen to the client, while scratching the back of his neck with the said gloves. One of the pizza prep guys kept on asking another guy what they should do as they were running out of dough every what seemed like 2 minutes. Tea drink containers were full of foam, no drinks. Definitely not what I am used to experiencing at this establishment.

Ordered pizza to our party but unfortunately the took 1hr 20 mins to get there instead of 35 minutes. One pizza was burnt, 8/10 were room temp and tough. Called the restaurant, they were unconcerned and said call doordash (I ordered through Mod's site). Doordash said to call the restaurant because they have all my payment info. Was pretty bad and having no one show any concern or care was what made it so lame. So many pizza options, weird to see a place have zero concern for returning business.
