The greeters was amazing as we walked in. I had a party there with a contract for 10 +(not recommended) the gentleman that helped us was great customer service. The tv didnt work so we could watch the game. They did try but didnt work. We rented this room with a contract that states it is ," The space features a state-of-the-art Audio & Visual component with a 75" plasma flatscreen available for complimentary."The waitress was a bit rude that set the vibe to the table with her response of a steak that was too dry. (Supposed to be medium rare but cooked fully ) she responded with attitude, "asking what was your temperature? "(Rudely)We all had cake in front of us with no fork to eat it with, so someone asked her for a simple request. She responded AGAIN so rudely we all looked at each other asking what happened? I will not come back to this place. Luckily we have amazing friends and we laughed it off and still tipped the man that was very respectful! Thank you for your hospitality sir!

I'm rating Morton's Grille as 5 stars because our server was wonderful. But the manager, Cody, went above and beyond!! He was so kind and attentive to us. There were so many little things..Making sure our wine was cooled, helping my disabled husband get through the tables and chairs, and he even set my watch to the correct time. ☺ Would absolutely return. Thank you Cody!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out.

My husband and I went here for drinks on a busy Saturday night. We were immediately sat outside (which is exactly what we wanted!). Drinks were delicious of course…but what stood out to us was our waiter, Nelson. He was so fun, knowledgeable and so kind. I want to go back just to be served by Nelson honestly! Oh… and the complimentary bread is phenomenal. Thanks Nelson!

Shoutout to Taylor, hands down best server ever. Food was exquisite, my compliments to the chef. The Carpetbagger oysters were to die for. Came here to celebrate my dads 60th birthday and the menus said "happy birthday" which I thought was a very sweet touch. All in all I highly recommend coming here, you will not regret it. Thank you Taylor and restaurant staff for making my dads birthday a special one.

Came here with my friend for Valentine’s Day dinner. That food was sooooo good my eyes were watering! Server was a little off track but I get the food service industry being in it in the past. Overall superb.

Celebrated my 21st with my parents at Morton's and had a great time. I highly recommend to get the Smokey Joes Mac N' Cheese side as well as the Gouda tater bites. The shrimp diablo was ok but maybe priced a little too high. The drinks were on par for the price so nothing to really complain about!

Excellent service and a delicious new, revised brunch menu. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Try the jalapeño corn bread and eggs Benedict, including crab cake, hot chicken, and pulled pork. Complimentary 2-hour Validated parking is available at the Marriott Waterway garage.

After a long stressful day we needed a quiet getaway dinner before I left town for a few days. Our experience was perfect, the meal beautiful and the service was just the right touch. RKS

Ambiance of the restaurant was great, food was great. Seemed like a good place to have a calm intimate date night with the girlfriend. However, what kind of ruined it was our waiter who was a bit overzealous with the upselling and joking. He tried to upsell us on every item we ordered to the point where it was off putting while at the same time being TOO personable and jokey for someone waiting on a couple on a date. I get there are people and circumstances that enjoy this kind of behavior/energy, but you have to learn to read your crowd. Spent over $150 and honestly would have ordered another round of drinks and dessert at least but we wanted to get out of there. Will not be returning.

Absolutely, the best service and time had lately. We tend to go out to dinner a couple of times a week. We've lived close to The Woodlands and had been to quite a few restaurants over the past couple of years. The waiter was attentive and quick to get drinks and orders in. We had the Brick Chicken and the salmon. The chicken was flavorful and moist. The wife said it was the best salmon she's ever had and appreciated that they asked her how she wanted it cooked. We will be back.
