Nothing Bundt Cakes

Cakes are always amazing, was busy but the cashier welcomed everyone in with acknowledgment and a smile. My cashier Cheyenne was so polite and helpful, her customer service is top notch, you don't see that kind of customer service nowadays.
This location has always been my favorite. I love coming here , and will continue to come here for all my future cakes.

This was my first time trying this and Cheyenne was absolutely the most generous and the most polite cashier I have ever met. She was extremely enthusiastic, helpful and extremely welcoming. I don’t know if she was the manager or not but she definitely should be. Oh yeah and the cakes are good too.

THIS ORDER WAS NOT FROM WOODLANDS LOCATION! Placing order online was a challenge. After finally giving a verbal order for delivery, thought all good. When text showed about to be picked up, was then cancelled! Had to call again & was told order was still @ store. Told they could deliver now, but told them person receiving order was gone! Will deliver tomorrow ☹️ Order was delivered & was fine..found out problem was Uber delivery, not bakery..but, they should have known there was a problem when order was to be delivered by 3:20 pm & it was still there after 4:10pm...

Website needs help i ordered 5 balloons paid for 5 bouquets of five and only 20 were delivered.

ordered online which they charged an extra fee. but i need to cancel it for personal reasons and called the store at least 24 hours notice till pick up, no option to cancel order online and the store charges $10 for cancellation fee. i’m sure they have not made the cake. what a disappointment. don’t download the app. you need to store your cc to earn points or enter the details manually. what a hassle.

The customer service is awful. Every time myself or one of my coworkers go in they are rude and offputing. I don't care how good the cakes are, I won't be ordering here again. I would highly suggest you don't either. It's not worth it.

OMG these lady's! NO hesitation, patient and kind! Me and 2 daughters Bdays are 1 week apart from eachother and we couldn't have picked a better place to get us a treat! All 3 of us were able to get a free small bundt cake for our birthdays! I'm so grateful for this gesture! Celebrating 45, 10, 25!!!

Ordered ahead for a party, @party I served the cake… immediately noticed it was really DRY!! I bake myself so I know that cake was baked while ago and has not been stored well. For that price I paid, this kind of quality is not cool.

We always buy our cakes here. However, this time I preordered almost a month in advance for a party. I called 2 weeks before the party to cancel the order and they said they can refund me minus 20% for a cancellation fee? Or refund me full amount in store credit. It was one cake, and I gave them plenty of a heads up. I'm not sure why they wouldn't be able to refund me full amount back onto my card. Pretty unhappy with this.

I purchase cakes for teacher and holiday gifts here every year, but unfortunately, this year will be the last time. When I walked in I couldn't help but notice how dirty the store was. The glass case that holds the cake had a thick layer of dust (see picture). I ordered some bundtlets and had them gift wrapped, not paying much attention, but when I got home I noticed that many of them looked dry and were crumbling. The lack of cleanliness alone is enough not to return.
