Nothing Bundt Cakes

Just walked into the Nothing Bundt Cake this location at 6:10pm. They had no classic vanilla up front but the employee said there was some in the back. I asked for a classic vanilla and they refused to sell me a classic vanilla due to it “being too close to closing” for them to frost the cake. Mind you there was 40-50 minutes left until closing time. Since they did not want to sell me the classic vanilla cake I then asked for Bundt-inis and if I could mix and match them (like I have done many times in the past) and they also refused to mix and match. I’ve always had good experiences at nothing Bundt cakes but this experience makes me not want to return to this location.

I would not do business with this Nothing bundt cakes franchise, owned by Bindya Patel according to LinkedIn. Poor cancelation policy. Expect to pay something for nothing. Can't give a zero rating.

This is the first time we’ve ever had a negative experience at this location, which makes it all the more disappointing. We were helped by a woman named Asal , and unfortunately, her attitude left a lot to be desired. She was visibly rude, gave us condescending looks throughout the interaction, and seemed unwilling or unable to answer even basic questions about the products.

It’s a shame, because the cakes here are genuinely excellent — that’s the only reason we’re even considering coming back. But the customer service experience was enough to make us think twice. We hope this was an isolated incident and not a sign of a change in service standards at this otherwise great establishment.

Ordered my colleague’s birthday cupcake from here and it looked great! Unfortunately, was bit too sweet for my taste.

Sad that this has been the only store that did not offer the special bag discount where you buy 3 and get 1 free. This is my reason for giving the one star. It was my first time there too. Hope they can change this soon. Besides that, cakes were great and staff was nice. Shout out to Server: Madison for her friendliness.

This location does not take online delivery orders even though the website says they do. No matter what date or time you select online for delivery, it's just not available for this location. This needs to be fixed. I never leave reviews.

Cakes are always amazing, was busy but the cashier welcomed everyone in with acknowledgment and a smile. My cashier Cheyenne was so polite and helpful, her customer service is top notch, you don't see that kind of customer service nowadays.
This location has always been my favorite. I love coming here , and will continue to come here for all my future cakes.

This was my first time trying this and Cheyenne was absolutely the most generous and the most polite cashier I have ever met. She was extremely enthusiastic, helpful and extremely welcoming. I don’t know if she was the manager or not but she definitely should be. Oh yeah and the cakes are good too.

THIS ORDER WAS NOT FROM WOODLANDS LOCATION! Placing order online was a challenge. After finally giving a verbal order for delivery, thought all good. When text showed about to be picked up, was then cancelled! Had to call again & was told order was still @ store. Told they could deliver now, but told them person receiving order was gone! Will deliver tomorrow ☹️ Order was delivered & was fine..found out problem was Uber delivery, not bakery..but, they should have known there was a problem when order was to be delivered by 3:20 pm & it was still there after 4:10pm...
