The place needs remodeled with new furniture. The chairs have tape on them and place is dingy. Order took so long that my name left the order screen. Womens restroom didn't have paper towels and people were complaining there was no ice. Overall food was great when we did receive it. Think they are short staffed or very new.

It's a Panera... but a pretty good one. I eat a late morning snack meal there while my wife undergoes treatments at a Woodlands hospital. My favorite is the pick-two... chicken caesar salad and broccoli cheddar soup. I've tried other menu items, but always come back to that.

My daily stop for coffee! Great bagels too! Having Trina serve me every morn is a treat too! She always has a great attitude and is a pleasure to see. Trina exemplifies how things should be done and how customers should be treated!
Wanted to order 3 loaves of bread and 3 dozens of Asiago bagels but they are out! 8:45am! What a joke every time I come they are out of things. Store also looked dirty tables are not wiped every time I’m in.

Love Panera Bread but this store is always out of stuff. Get new staff in. It’s losing money because shelves are always empty. 8:30 am only few bagels out. No bread no deserts.
Went here this past weekend. Store was basically empty during the lunch rush- weird. Vibes were bad- Emoloyees seemed to be in bad moods. They weren’t like rude but you could tell they were unhappy. Ordered pick 2- wild rice soup & the strawberry poppy salad “now with more chicken”. It said on the menu.
Waited about 10mins for the order. Get called and they told me I had to choose a new soup because they did not have the wild rice. Okay thats fine. Got mac and cheese instead. Waited about 5 more minutes for our food. Got my salad, absolutely 0 chicken in the salad. It was disappointing experience at this location. But as far as I understand the entire franchise is going under so its to be expected as corporate makes disappointing changes.
