The hand tossed crust is tasteless and does not hold up the supreme pizza toppings. The mushrooms were raw. Also tried sweet marinara sauce and cusped pepperoni on a second pizza. That is a mistake which won’t be repeated. The only good thing with this order was the courteous delivery driver.

Why would you guys use DoorDash delivery drivers when you’re having customers order through Pizza Huts website? That makes absolutely no sense. At all. So let’s start and let me confirm exactly what the other reviews are saying. I order 1 singular pan supreme pizza. I order this pizza around 4:45/5:00 this evening, I get a text “your dasher is picking up your order” weird considering I didn’t order thru DD…I legitimately thought it was a scam text…next text “your dasher is arriving” (I live under 5 miles away) cut to over an hour later since this dasher was on their way, nearly a half hour after estimated time of delivery…”your order has been delivered!” Impossible. You know how? I was paying cash. AND you thought it was over, no. I called this store twice and it rang for a solid 60 seconds…each time. Horrible experience. Do not order from this specific Pizza Hut location. Y’all need a miracle. Good freaking luck.

Charlene made my day sssoooo much better today. Her customer service was great, her smile was great, & my order (though small) was made correctly and the appearance was a 10/10! Whew, I hadn’t had a worker that presented their self or the food they prepared as if they enjoy their job in a long time. If she didn’t prepare my food, then she’s definitely on top of the her position making sure they do their job right. If Charlene isn’t at work, I won’t make a order. Thanks for being awesome today Charlene!

I order my favorite supreme pizza here a couple times per year. Every time the experience is nothing short of nice and enjoyable. Just got my pizza delivered, took 30 min, it came perfectly hot, fresh, the hand tossed crust is delicious. Thank you so much for being open on Saturdays ❤️ We are blessed, I love pizza hut and especially this location that never fails. Yam!

I ordered at 6:45 pm and was told my order would arrive at 7:25pm. While waiting in front of my apt complex, I received a text that my order is now being delivered by door dash and wouldn't arrive at 8:18pm. It finally arrived at 8:25pm cold and tasted godawful. I hope whoever managed this store is fired asap. I deserve full compensation and an apology.
Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. I ordered pizza and an hour and 20 minutes later still no pizza. Ok. I called to check on my order and first a man answered the phone and heard me out. With out saying anything he puts me back through to the automated line. I called the store and the lady who answered was very rude, unprofessional and just nasty. She told me I had to reach out to door dash for and delivery issues and they didn’t concern her. I didn’t understand how I was supposed to reach out to. I didn’t order through them. I ordered online.. I asked her to make it make sense to me because I didn’t understand and she responded with OK. You got it and hung up in my face. I guess the poor quality of fast food workers especially when you have rats running your store. I will gladly order you a wine somewhere else I never. Go somewhere else. That message recorded I really hope that somebody takes a listen to how this girl talks to their customers. I’m supposed to be getting a refund for my $50 order. Hopefully the refund isn’t as slow as this place. I can’t say anything good and would give zero stars if I could. I guess the girl Who hung up in my face was the manager and apparently she does this all the time. Pizza Hut you have to cut the cancer out.

Horrible experience. Food is hard. Not even fresh, pizza was not how I ordered it. and I got there 20 minutes later like I was told when I made an over the phone order. Lady behind the counter seems stiff. “Leave your personal problems at home people!” Never again.

My order was supposed to be ready at 6:50pm for pick-up. I made it to the store at 6:45 and did not get my food until 7:29 due to lack of staffing. This is unacceptable and I will be reaching out to the corporate office. My pizza's were thrown together and toppings were not on the pizza properly. I am not pleased at all.

Just got stolen $40 dollars by Pizza Hut for a pizza they never delivered after repeated calls and refusal for a refund. I guess no one out pizzas the hut…
