With the cost of eating out nowadays, you'd think these places would stop nitpicking side items. If you gotta charge, I get it, but make it part of the ordering process. Dont wait until after we pay, you swiped my card and then try telling me each additional dipping sauce is .32 each. Really 25.00 for 2 meals is enough to warrant 1 per meal, but the young gatekeeper at the drive thru puts one dipping sauce in the bag and then says I can't give you more. Really? 2 meals 1 little tablespoon sauce and we gotta share? How bout you dont wait until you hand the bag out the window to ask if sauce is wanted. This location is convenient, but my purchases hold value and there are many many other places to frequent nearby than just popeyes. Its good that youre doing well enough to lose customers over a .32 cup of signature sauce.

I order the 16 pc family meal for $50. The cashier charged my card. Then told me it would be 20 minute wait. I asked for a refund and she said 3-5 business because I paid with the card. So, I asked for a .32 spicy mayo for the inconvenience. The manager said no.

I don’t write reviews often, but what happened at this Popeyes was so disturbing, it would be irresponsible not to warn others.

We ordered food for our family — including their Ghost Pepper Wings — and requested it freshly made. We were told it would be. What we received was a revolting mess.

The food smelled off immediately. Once we got home and opened the box, it became worse. The chicken was leaking brown fluid and had a slimy, jelly-like substance inside. It was cold, rubbery, and clearly old. This wasn’t just low quality — it was unsafe.

Shortly after eating, multiple family members experienced severe stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. We were up all night. It’s beyond disgusting that food this mishandled is being served to the public.

The restaurant itself? Filthy. Freezing cold air blasting, smoke in the air, a foul greasy odor sticking to our clothes — and what looked like a broken ventilation system. It felt neglected, unsanitary, and completely unfit to be serving food.

We called to report what happened. We were promised a call back from a district manager. It never came. No apology. No concern. Just silence.

This is not a fast food complaint — this is a public health risk. If anyone from corporate or the health department reads this: please investigate. Until then, I strongly urge everyone to avoid this location. We trusted them with our food, and it made us sick.

This is the kind of experience that makes you never want to eat out again.

We visited this Popeyes location yesterday — a group of four from our family. We ordered 36 Ghost Pepper Wings along with other items. My son specifically asked the staff to prepare everything fresh, and they agreed.

Unfortunately, what we received was far from fresh.

We ate a small portion at the restaurant and took the rest home. Once opened at home, we noticed a strong, unpleasant smell. The wings had a slimy, jelly-like substance inside and were leaking brown fluid. The chicken looked and tasted old, not freshly made at all.

Soon after, both my son and I experienced stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea. We’ve both been feeling unwell since then. We called the restaurant to report the issue, and were told a district manager would follow up — but no one ever did.

The condition of the restaurant was also concerning. The interior was extremely cold due to the air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to sit. The air smelled smoky and greasy, and it seemed like the exhaust fans weren’t working. Even our clothes picked up the unpleasant smell.

This was not just a bad dining experience — it became a health issue. I hope the management takes this seriously, because our experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone until major changes are made.
