I came to have dinner, I said good. Nights the service your greeting was in 20 minutes is that we can get an order that is the most professional way to raise a franchise. Too bad I wanted Popeyes. But chick row. It is much better service.

You have to pay for refills. I thought I was in America not Europe. Anyway the service was not good. No dark meat. The lady gave me attitude when I asked for a chicken leg.

Found a piece of hair in my food.
Ordered 12 pieces and was only given 10.
Ordered a large Mac and cheese and was not given to me.
I called the manager and was told they are not able to give me any kind of refund but will only give me what I had ordered (Mac and cheese) and 2 pieces of chicken for the inconvenience….never again!

I ordered a two piece and fries it was very fresh. Also the mild chicken was seasoned to the bone. I didn’t even need the Cajun Sparkle!!! I will be back

If I could give this Popeyes 0 stars, I would. I asked for fresh food and got barely warm, clearly not fresh chicken. I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal and found hair in it. The staff just stared at me and spoke Spanish to each other, with only the "manager" communicating in English. I returned the food and got my money back—definitely not going back.

Wings ordered had a bad taste
I notified the store manager (Richard) and he shook his head and signaled with frustration and refused to investigate and did not take the food back. He refused to offer other options and failed to give basic acknowledgment.
Its amazing that in this day/age we tolerate aggressive behavior and lack of basic customer service, Richard is a great example of what we need less of in this world.
This location now charges for refills. Takes a very long time to get food and the food isn't on bar with other locations.
Go to Chik Fil A instead. Food taste better, much quiet service, nicer service and free refills.
