How can u be the most unused place in the mall and after you order food you wanna say it'll take 10-15 mins like place is a joke, nobody who works there cares, and I get it working a 10$ n hour job

I had ordered the 8 piece family meal and the chicken was undercooked. I also didn’t get the right change and was shorted $15 and only realized when I got home and counted my change. Awful quality and service.

I’ve eaten here multiple times. The people are really nice, and they always seem to be smiling. The wait time is also very fast, especially considering the busy times in the mall.

Today went to order and they had only Fanta for drinks which I was ok with. Then they have no fries or Mac and cheese for sides. So got the mashed potatoes. Then I asked for bbq sauce and they did not have any. Stopped by Chik Fil A to get sauce. When I sat down in the break room to eat the chicken was terrible and like rubber. Just shut down and say we are out and stop offering poor food. Worst was going to leave a survey but was given a merchant copy of the receipt so no go there either
