Great Pretzels!

Who does not love warm pretzels and cheese? This is the best snack while getting your shopping experience at the Woodlands Mall accomplished.
Not only do they have fresh, hot pretzels and pretzel bites but they have hotdogs rolled in pretzel dough and pepperoni too.
Icee drinks to drink top off this high caloric treat!
I love that they have regular cheddar cheese and not the spicy nacho cheese.
This is a great location right next to Starbucks so half your family can get coffee while the smart ones get icees and pretzels. The only downside is you have to go in to get a treat, I wish there was a drive up!
The staff is pretty nice and stay busy keeping the case full of warm treats to eat.

Bad experience

Terrible service for the attitude of the young man who was attending me , he is not able to gesture his face with any expression, I would understand that he is having a bad day, but one has to be able to put aside the personal to give the best at work I will not return even for free

In the time I was there one worker got frustrated with a customer even though the worker typed in the wrong order, another worker didn’t even let me finish what I was saying then when I tried to say oh that’s not what I wanted she stopped me mid sentence and proceeded to continued to make the wrong order

I ordered a Combo pretzel bites, that states it included 2 sauces and a drink. So, tell me why I was charged for each item individually, total cost almost $16. Ridiculous and these kids that work here, need to learn to be respectful and not so rude..

This place is the worst! There are never any pretzels ready so you have to wait like 25 minutes, then, if there's a line of people waiting, they run out and you have to wait another 25 minutes. And it cost a fortune for pretzels. I'm done.

You have to wonder about a place like this. They haven't changed their name as far as I know, yet they no longer actually make pretzels.

Not the place to patron if you want service with a smile or even today for that matter. Go to Annie’s.

Poorly managed. 5 on staff . 1 at register , 1 prepping. 2 in the back. 6 costumers waiting.

People are not friendly

New manager is extremely rude will never come back!!!! I used to love this place new changes totally suck!!!
